It is a 10 mins walk from the train station. Nearby there are supermarkets and eateries in the town centre. The room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. The reception staff is available until 2130hr, is friendly & able to converse in English. There is a lift, which is good for those with big luggage. Breakfast is from 0700-1000hr, basic buffet style, good enough for the morning. Air con is great during the summer. Overall recommend to stay here.

Everything was as described and expected. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The owner and his personal was very friendly and helpful. He organised a parking spot for my motorbike. Yes I must pay for it, but the bike stood locked and safe. Great! The location of the hotel is great, If you're interested to visit the castle. You should give it a try. For a late cocktail try the Atrio Café, Mierové námestie 6/6, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia.

Great proximity to Trencin Castle and the town center with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Great staff. Great breakfast. The location also provided easy access to freeways for day trips outside the city.

Some maintenance issues required us to park at a garage across the street. Also, since the hotel is near the city center there is a lot of noise from the bars and restaurants. Ear plugs are recommended.

Air conditioning did little to cool room comfort. :( Very noisy drunken screaming people on street outside on weekends kept me awake. I could not close the windows as air conditioning did not cool at all. So I could not sleep Friday night and Saturday nights. :(

Upon request, I got the room facing the backyard, because I knew there will be nice view on the castle, as well as it will be more calm, given by the fact that hotel is in the centre, right upon the busy street.

The shower door were broken and shower itself a bit old and dirty in the corners.

Clean. Spacious rooms (business double room). It’s city centre, close to all. Don’t count on a good breakfast.. otherwise ok from value-quality perspective. Average hotel.

Terrible noise till 4 am. There is a night club with concert underneath. I managed to fall asleep, but for sensitive people, it would a real issue.. closing windows at summer time is not a solution.

Nice hotel with a historical vibe, clean room, big bathtub and comfortable beds. Great location situated directly in the city centre of Trencin. Lots of food options and cafes within minutes of walking.

The location is great, right in the centre. The staff was very helpful and we were able to borrow bikes from the hotel. The room was freshly renovated and everything was brand new.

The spa entrance fee was not included and it cost 10 EUR extra per person, per 2 hours. The spa was a bit basic and not that well maintained.

Stayed here with my friend for a long weekend. We liked the overall cleanliness. Our suite room was spacious and nice designed. The suite also comes wit a huge bathroom incl. hot tub and hairdryer. There is a big flat TV in the room. The double bed was very comfortable even for a person like me (6,5 ft). We enjoyed the breakfast. It was nothing groundbreaking but good enough for a 3* hotel. And all fresh. All staff was extremely kind and helpful. Which is a big pros.

In our room 208 the hot tub was out of order. We have been told the guests don´t know how to use it and damaged it all time. So the hotel shut it off. I was a bit disappointed about it. There is a TV guide for the channels in the room. But you will find only Russian TV channels there. Some others were not available.
