Near family.

We tried to have dinner on the first night. Dinner options are - buffet or Al la carte. We chose Al la carte. Waited over 40 minutes and still no starter. After asking twice about our food we finally left when they said it was still being prepared. If you choose buffet I’m sure you will be fine. As a result of us choosing Al la carte we ended up with a packet of potato chips to share in the room 🤣🤣

The actual stay and rooms are up to standard. Well priced and located. No problems with the accommodation.

The evening buffet was a absolute disaster. Will not recommend. 6 Dried out chicken sosaties and 8 pieces of small steaks that looked like it was laying there for 3 weeks. 1 Bak of pap with sauce and about 3 salads. Rather make use of one of the restaurants in town.

Philip was great, property was clean and comfortable

We did not have coffee/tea supplies in our room, had to call reception several times to get it sorted and was not impressed on how it was done. They gave us a plastic bag full of just coffee and sugar, no tea and milk.

Breakfast was excellent, high standard and reached my expectations even more.

I did not like the promotion that took place at the back yard , where the pool is. It created unnecessary crowds that went in and out of the yard. So they were no peace at the pool during the daytime.

Great accommodation for a short trip, business visit and to relax. Calm area and environment, amazing stuff, beautiful deco, etc

Maybe add new relavent channels, air-con fan, put water in the fridge & more charging points

Room was big with comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi bath had some jets not working in it. Shower has seen better days and magnetic strips on door kept falling off. No A la carte menu during our stay. Buffet was very uninspiring and breakfast was not much better, but staff were helpful again.

I liked how clean the hotel is.friendly staff.me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room without balcony,and all rooms without balcony are non smoking. So next time we will book an apartment with balcony .I wish they can make second swimming pool .

The apartment was superb 👌 👏... big bathroom with shower, the couch bed for the kids. Extra towels for the whole family. Bar fridge for cold beverages. A beautiful simple kitchen.

The swimming pool was smaller than as advertised on the properties photo album

jacuzzi in winter suite did not work at all. but it's included in the tariff for the night. not nice for travelling. advertising room with facilities and when you book and pay not working

The staff was welcoming, willing to help and they made it easy for me to attend my zoom meeting, recommended I notify them to check in early next time, of which I didn’t know it was possible.

Cleanness and staff professionalism
