the garden, the staff, the location

The area/pathway surrounding the buildings is uneven and a challenge for disabled and elderly guests. There is also a dangerous step leading into the breakfast area which either requires a ramp or to be clearly marked to avoid tripping. The uneven areas and trip hazards are a serious accident waiting to happen. The showers inside ought to have safety handrails and shelving for toiletries. The swimming pool ought to have a fence around it to protect children.

I liked everything especially the breakfast 😋. The lady at the kitchen was very helpful and hard working I remember she was serving 8 people breakfast on Sunday morning 🌄 and she did it very ,well she deserves a bonus 👏 lol

I booked at number 10, can you kindly fix the door I struggled a bit to lock both going in and going out but besides that, everything was up to par thanks.

We enjoyed our stay, the facilities were neat and comfortable. The guest house was easy to find and easily accessible. We didn't have to bother others, we could come and go as we pleased. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Very close to the beach which was a plus

We weren't too happy with the service. There was a hiccup with our booking to which it still has not yet been resolved.

to top it all, the way they handled my children was out of this world and never been expected, will definitely make it a home away from home

I cant think of anything. there is nothing negative to say instead everything to write home about. will definitely refer my collogues and family.

Everything about the property was amazing. The scenery, the rooms and facilities were all great.

The only small issue I had was with the bathrooms. A spare roll of toilet paper would have been ideal and changing of bathroom mats daily.

From the time we arrived we felt relaxed. The property and the room matched the photos 100%. Loved the peaceful area. Friendly staff. Loved the gardens ... it reminded me of home. The breakfast was really yummy and filling. Loved the relaxed atmosphere. A good variety of cereals. The juice was amazing. Really felt comfortable and relaxed. Just what we needed after a hard week of work. Good value for money. We will be back.

The place is very clean and the ladies working there are very friendly and helpful.the breakfast was restaurant quality.i loved the privacy of room(4) and the peaceful environment.

The roads leading to the facility are a nightmare full of big potholes that can damage your tyres,it has nothing to do with the facility. the local municipality needs to prioritize businesses in the area.

Nice House, nice Garden and a very nice view. We had a upgrade from downstairs to upstairs 😊

After an initial misunderstanding with the owner, which was quickly resolved, the very friendly employee removed it again. Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to have a cold night, so we didn't have any heating. But luckily we had two heating pads with us. 😉

Breaskfast was amazing, prepared according to one's liking.

The only thing was the shortage of shampoo, we had a 30ml bottle in our family room and since there was no housekeeping done on the 25th Dec, an extra bottle and some toilet paper could have been provided.

Our children could run around outside and enjoy the swimming pool and the outside play area! They had a ball! The convenience of the Spar literally around the corner from the BnB was really nice as well. The breakfasts served are really lovely too! The staff is incredibly friendly and always available. All in all, this will be our family spot when we visit Gonubie :)
