Amazing views, great breakfast , helpful staff. Backup generators.

The view was exceptional a very relaxing place everything was wonderful about the place and the staff their service is top range.

They can improve their tv it's so small and no variety of channels to choose from

Great location, amazing views, fabulous pool overlooking Crocodile River, good on site restaurant, comfortable bed.

Carpet in bedroom. Room smelt as though carpet had been deep cleaned, leaving a strong, chemical smell. Much nicer to not have a carpet at all. No help offered to carry cases up stairs. Reception said they'd book us a table for dinner but didn't and we nearly missed out on being able to eat there Minor issues that would not stop us staying there again

The location is second to none. Right on the banks of Crocodile River with views into the Kruger Park. We spent an hour lazing in the infinity pool watching buffalo, elephants and hippos across the river. Our room was comfortable and was sprayed with mosquito repellent so they didn’t cause us any problems. It was quiet and all the guests were mindful of each other. The housekeeping and grounds staff were fantastic. Constantly cleaning and looking after the property. Always with a hello or a smile for us. They worked around us so we weren’t disturbed.

While we weren’t there to watch it, the TV was no bigger than an iPad. My husband tried to watch a football match but this was very difficult. The restaurant is poor both in terms of the food and the service. We were very disappointed with it. We tried it for breakfast and dinner but both times we were made to feel more of an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was around thirty degrees and humid but it was impossible to get a cold beer. The waiters solution was to offer us a glass of ice! This definitely needs improvement however overall it was good value for money.

I requested a bottle of champagne on ice for when we arrived as it was my husband's birthday and it was amazing!!The bed was decorated so beautifully and had petals strewn over it with the most elaborate swans shaped from towels.Whilst having sundowners an elephant came within a meter of us. Really wow !!!!

The setting on the river was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and catered for our need. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

The only negative is that there were no power outlets next to the bed pedestals. However, the staff quickly and efficiently addressed my request to have power at my pedestal.

Location, staff and bed were excellent especially in the restaurant.

Our only minor criticism was the toilet seat was loose and the plug in the bathroom did not keep the water in. In the restaurant the quality of the steak was disappointing as all varieties were somewhat tough.

The accommodation was really comfortable and clean, the staff was very accommodating. The Spa massage was a bonus facing the crocodile river. Location of the property was excellent with animals coming close to the property fence and pool, will definitely go back.
