They truly exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome we received at reception to the thoughtfully prepared breakfast, everything was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The only drawback was that I could hear the noise from the shower in the neighboring room very clearly, which was a bit disruptive.

Poor parking space, I had to drive around to the back of the hotel to park my car. Imagine carring bags from and to your car when I was so tired! Parking space was taken up by guests to the hotel who came for a function. Please improve your parking space and prioriitise staying guests.

Large variety for breakfast. Even the supper was exceptional. Better than the Garden Court in PE if I do say so myself. Leave the fact that PE is bigger. The Garden Court in Mthatha was superb. Excellent service

I wasn't asked to join for rewards, considering it wasn't my first time there. Secondly the luggage service is poor. They have no elevator and sometimes you have heavy luggage or equipment to carry on a 2 flight staircase

Service from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. We were to leave as early as 4h30 in the morning and we prearranged the breakfast packs. The packs were ready for all of us as requested and were numbered according to our special requirements. We enjoyed the stay and oh the breakie

Nothing. I grew up in Mthatha and what a pleasant surprise by all the transformation.

The buffet at dinner time was superb, real home cooked food with a great variety and same gor breakfast as well. Will definitely stay here every time we stop at Mthatha. Security and safety was good and staff very very friendly and helpful.

The location is great but the exit road need robot to avoid unnecessary delay when driving inn and out and for safety of your customers. As an investor try to coordinate the process with the relevant muni.

Air-conditioner was a bit of a pain because it turns off every few minutes once the room reaches the desired temperature and when it starts up again after about 10 mins it is extremely noisy and it does this throughout the night.

The breakfast was amazing and it met my needs I could just get my prefarances easily. The hotel is situated in a nice location you can easily access it . I would definitely recommend people to visit Garden Court hotel .
