Absolutely everything , the staff in reception were amazing we were allocated in room that doesn’t have bathtub and we called them and requested one with bathtub and they came assisting us to move to other room with a smile , housekeeping excellent, the Wi-Fi,we arrived late and departed early, didn’t see much we loved it 😊😊

Just the water don’t know if it was only for that night in the shower water were terrible , even though we had a problem with our car tyre broke hoping to get some help they didn’t help us but the other guy who was coming from outside working for other company helped us by taking tyre to get fixed at the garage

The room is spacious and I had everything I needed. The room was clean and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The roomservice menu has a good variety and the prices are quite reasonable. The location is good. Beach is 900m from the hotel. Spar and Pick n Pay and petrol station is 1 km away.

The renovations during the day was noisy.

Good night sleep, great bed and size of room. Bar on the property is nice and pool area is nice for relaxing outside. Close to beach and nice restaurants, shops, take aways, if you dont want to eat there.

There was only a bath with a shower head. The shower head could be moved up and a shower curtain installed then one can shower without wetting the floor. The small milks provided in the room could be in the fridge so you can make the coffee cold in the mornings.

Friendly staff and a very neat environment. If one would love to visit a peaceful place, I would highly recommend Indaba Hotel. It was my first time visiting Richards Bay, I wasn’t aware the area doesn’t offer Uber/ Bolt so it is recommended that you have your own transportation to visit the attractions so-rounding the area e.g Beaches🏖️ .

I like location the big size of my room. . Air conditioner I like that there are well prepared for load shedding I liked the restaurant staff Mrs Sithole you are having all the manners and if you are at king cetswayo district you wish for some cultural respect Mrs sithole she got that in her good manner . All the staff was good young and old

I did not like that the renovations happened during my stay and it was truly a nonsense during my afternoon sleep the hammer was making you much noise Please i hated your black to Grey towels there are a nono

The way the receptionist welcomed me, it was like she met me before. The carpet on passage is very neat and clean. Bedding was so clean. Wow the buffet, well prepared and chefs so friendly

Just one sister who served us dinner, she didn't have customer service skills, She didn't even bring back my change.

Breakfast was worse breakfast are ever tast It not valuable for my money they don't change the menu we eat same thing for 5 days. Food doesn't taste good bacon were burn and their food were too oily and tasteless Sometimes they serve only yogurt without muslie they didn't buy even fruit in the third day I was not happy about their breakfast at all And their WiF was not working goodi

Situation: it Situated next to mall , staff attitude was excellent, food from breakfast to supper was exceptional 👌, view was excellent, room was clean, everything was perfect 🥰 quiet place.

Only the road sign if you are bout to reach the realy sign which direct you , 1st one arrow show to any place, first time i was lost , if they can place the sign in a correct way , atherwise everything was excellent .

Breakfast was perfect we enjoyed everything and the Chef/waiters served us with respect.

First day we experienced the bad smell from the room I thought something spilled on the Sofas but on following day it was much better. We reported it to the receptionist.

Paying for the Room service ,Poor WiFi connectivity. Showers are not in standard
