I was worried because it was my first time going there, but it was really close to the subway station, so I arrived without any difficulties. The front staff were very friendly. I spent a relaxing time in a cozy room that was just the right size. I think it would be nice to visit again.

When I stayed here for a previous business trip, I was very satisfied with the hotel, especially the friendliness of the staff. That's why I chose to stay here again for this trip. The hotel is very close to BEXCO, and there's a department store next door where you can spend some time, making it a great place to stay. Considering the price, location, and overall condition, I think this is the best option.

It is situated near all the main places such as department stores, convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants and Bexco exhibition & conference center.

Breakfast needs to be booked separately not along with the room reservation but I end up eating at the coffee shops right next to the hotel so it worked out well for me.

1. It looked like pictures, so it is inline with expectations 2. There are nice places not far to dine out 3. Relatively cheap compared to tourist places

Staff were incredibly helpful. Great location for walking to and from Bexco. Convenient and comfortable. Would happily stay here for future events in Busan.

Ive stayed for work location is quite close to Bexco. Hotel is nice, room clear not bit and not small. They make cleaning every morning and change towels etc.

The worst its i guess reception, First of all they speak very poor english or it seems like when they dont want to solve your problems they make pretend thay they dont know english. in all hotels in the world gave invoice its MUST its rule, this one they didnt gave. And man who stayed on reception he really pretend that check PC, pretend that he doesnt know english. Ive stayed for 10 min i thought he trying to do smth but no. So if you traveling for business just be aware that you will face with problems.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Centum City subway station. There are a Shinsegae and Lotte Department Stores less than 10 minutes away by foot. The subway line at Centum City is a fast way to arrive to Haeundae Beach and also central Busan. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

It was very confusing that the hotel shares the name with another hotel located in the same building, so finding the lobby to check in was not easy. The room was very small and even though it was quiet, the window was very small and the view did not meet our expectations. Would recommend for short business visits but not necessarily for longer stays.

Room size is ridiculous even for Asian. The bathroom is bigger than the room . I requested an invoice and they said they don’t provide it I tried to get the breakfast but they don’t accept cash and only Korean payment methods are valid . I went down to the reception and didn’t help me . Don’t go there !!
