I liked the location of the hotel. It was next to Shinsegae Mall, alot of local food spots, and a quick cab ride to Haeundae Beach or trolley ride to the International Market area. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The size of the rooms were small but enough to sleep in. There was no micarowave and only one plug with a usb port. The outlets were all 220v and would have been nice if the hotel provided a couple of adapters to charge our electronics. I was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool but it was closed for the season. It's an indoor pool and should stay open year round.

It's very well situated - close to the subway and major department stores. It's closeness to Haeundae beach allows one to enjoy the attractions and nightlife with little worry about missing planned activities. The built-in convenience store also means you have quick and easy access to snacks and other necessities.

The hotel forms a ring and my room was located towards the centre, so it lacked a decent view, as well as direct sunlight. The hotel elevator at the entrance was frustratingly slow, however, there are other elevators practically hidden in the lobby passageways which operate normally.

Hotel staff was very very helpful. I left some docs in my room, they kindly scanned and sent me by email. I was very greatful for their quick responses and support. Hotel room was very good size with a beautifil view. Breakfast was good. it will be great if they had some coffee shop / bar. I will also highly recommend to eat at La Terace (on the ground floor), where food was delicious, very nice Korean cousine.

It's 2km away from Gwangalli Beach, so it's within walking distance, and Shinsegae Department Store is right next to it. Feels like a five-star hotel is reduced to a small space. Breakfast is not fancy, but it's what you need and it's cost-effective. It's not a relatively cheap price, but it's convincing.

It's expensive if you use it on weekends.There are many good hotels with relatively the same price. But it's cheaper than a beachfront hotel

Extremely helpful staff and great facilities, I enjoyed my stay and it's close to BEXCO if you're here for a convention. The train station is pretty close and at Centum City, so it's a few stops away from Haeundae. The hotel knows their audience and general guest type so it helped that there was English around so I could understand most things in the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a clock in the hotel room, I used my phone to keep time, but because the hotel was great at blocking out sunlight, sometimes I wasn't sure what time it was immediately.

The location is great for BIFF goers. Many restaurants nearby and they are all good. The room is a bit small for two people but has enough storage space

Elevators could be a little confusing. They don't provide any toothbrushes or toothpaste and you have to buy them from a vending machine. Lobby is sometimes full of very loud people here for conference or travel groups.

Nice big room, good amenities and location. Ideal for a stay in Busan.

No one at the reception was able to speak English or tried to use a translator. I tried to explain to different staff members that i wanted to extend my stay for another couple of nights but they weren’t able to understand me so I ended up booking in another property.

The hotel itself is situated in a central place with centum city train station and the shinsegae just a 2 minute walk away. It is close to Haeundae beach as well. The room was well equipped and kept in a tidy condition and cleaned very properly. The front desk staff speak english and is very approachable.

The location is perfect, right next to malls and shops. I would highly recommended this place for anyone that book a ticket for a venue at BEXCO. Room quite a comfy size with netflix tv.

No place to sit and eat in the room. The door gave you quite an electric shock if the weather is cold so be careful.

Amazing location, our bedroom window overlooked the river and Spaland - which was where we were planning on visiting. So it was lovely to be so close. One block away from the mall and the subway was super convenient. Very clean. Rather soundproof I think!

The only thing I disliked was that the water pressure wasn't great and the shower was COLD. I did not enjoy that on an early winter morning.
