I thought the staff were excellent - they were friendly, our requests for a crib were met, and we got a free room upgrade. The room was perfect; we got a family suite. It was quite spacious and clean. The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from two department stores and right next to the subway. Even though there was no breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it was a great value.

It would have been nice to have breakfast, but that was not a dealbreaker. The beds were a little hard, but that is typical for Korea. The only downside is that it was a bit too warm in the room, but the A/C isn't turned on till May. However, we were able to open the windows to cool off the place and get it to an ideal temperature.

Room is very spacious and comes with a dinning area with high stool. Its just within 5min walk to Shinsegae Centum City. There are many cafes / restaurant around so no lack of food.

Can see the dust on the tissue box or the wifi-router and my allergy had acted up during my stay. Room temperature is quite warm and stuffy. Lucky we are able to open the windows which cool the room quite a bit. The lift lobby is a bit dark and would be good if it brightens up.

The hotel was very near to Bexco where i attended the congress. Within 7-8 minutes walk. The biggest shopping mall (Shinsigae) and Lotte also was 5 minutes walking distance. A lot of subway trains connection just next to it so easy to travel around. The staf and service were excellent. The hotel also provided me some cooking utensils to be use with the kitchen in my room. It was definitely a great place to stay with affordable price and excellent facilities ; cleanliness and service. Recommended.

Location: just 2 min. walk from metro station exit 3. Restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. In the same building, there are two restaurants (Korean soup restaurant, Port cutlet restaurant), two convenience stores, and one coffee shop. GS fresh (small supermarket) in 30 seconds (take exit besides coffee shop and go right). Bigger one is Homeplus. Coinlaundry on the 11th floor. Elevators working well.

Bathroom remains humid. Keep the ventilaror ON.

I could stay here for a longer period because of the spacious area and having a kitchenette. It was clean, nice beds, and it felt cozy and private.

The energy or general demeanor was interesting, and perhaps it's the friendliness and warmth that they could work on for the future. The shower being half glass and half curtain combined with a bathtub, and the showerhead placements gave me a headache, and I'd be splashing water everywhere.

The room size was enough for our family of four. The hotel is next to Spaland, Shinsegae and Lotte Dept Store. We arrived in Busan early morning so we left our luggage at the hotel and went to Spaland instead until we were able to check-in. It is a bit far from Busan station but only few stops away from Haeundae beach and other major attractions are accessible from there by train. Really depends on your itinerary. There is a coffee shop and couple of convenience stores in the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants around which were open til late. The coin laundry was very handy for us. Front desk was open 24 hours. Special mention to front desk guy Evan Lee. I accidentally left some items from our hotel room because our KTX was 6am so we were rushing. We were already in Seoul when I realised. Evan kindly organised my items to be posted to our hotel in Seoul! Talk about customer service! Thank you very much Evan and Haeundae Centum Hotel! There furniture was date and there were stains on the carpet but really very minor and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Room was comfortable and A/C great. Kitchen and living areas very nice. Beds were comfortable. Liked the laminate flooring and marble bathrooms. Great large kitchen countertop. Washing machine was a plus!

Need chest of drawers in the main bedroom No desk No Iron and ironing board No knives and plates in the kitchen\ Need proper shower so that water does not drain on floor whenever the shower is used. Allow guest to plug tablet/computer/phone into TV. TV instructions in English would have been good.

The suite is definitely spacious for a family. The facilities are in good working conditions and the location is great with nearby food stalls for supper and early breakfast. The living space is a great for a meal with the family after a long day out.

A dryer could be perfect but not necessary. I could have missed out a socket plug in the kitchen but either way it is fine for us use the electric kettle in the living room. The pillows are a little too soft but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is pretty grand and fantastic - somehow wasn't expecting that when we made the booking. Right next to the metro station (make sure you use the GREEN line and get off at CENTUM STATION - do not use the blue line, as that Centum is different). The room was impressive and massive - it had a kitchenette and a "living room" to grab some dinner & watch TV. We are back home in New Zealand now, but we still reminisce about our stay in Busan and how cosy it was there. Would absolutely return to this hotel.

Typical City Hotel. A bit oldish, but really OK. Good WiFi. Perfect location for BEXCO and City Center Mall. Even Haeundae Beach is easy reachable. Good connection to Metro. And they have a direct airport bus as well. Comfortable rooms. Super market and coffee shop directly in hotel. Very fast lifts.

There's no real lobby. Don't meet there with business guests. No breakfast, but really a few good places just a few steps away. No WiFi in the lobby.
