I really liked the area it was clean and modern and well located to train station, only 3 quick stops to Haeunde beach area if you want more action and atmosphere but nice to stay in a quieter area and still many shops near by with two department stores and splash-land apart of one of them but we couldn’t go there because of our tattoos but that’s okay I was aware before hand that it might be an issue so wasn’t surprised when they said we couldn’t go in due to, too many tattoos. which would be too hard to cover up. Downtown is a 15-20min train ride but I wouldn’t want to stay there.. much nicer at haeudae in my opinion. Room was spacious but shower over-bath very high ! and dangerous if not careful stepping out. Tv not English wasn’t ideal. Pillow terrible ! Flat as a tack ! But overall good stay due to location and the guy who served us at check out called us a taxi he was very helpful :)

Pillows ! Absolutely useless. So flat even with two of them it did nothing to support my head. And carpet in hallway is very old and badly stained also there was mould on the roof in the shower

The location is excellent - It’s close to everything you may want or need. The nearest metro station (Centum City) is 5 mins walk. Centum City Mall - the world’s largest mall - is less than 10 mins walk. Homeplus (huge supermarket) is less than 10 mins walk. Haeundae beach is a few stops on the metro. BEXCO is opposite. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There’s a CU, GS25 (convenience stores) and Coffee Bean cafe all in the lobby of the hotel which was so helpful! The staff are generally all friendly and polite. The cleaning staff are very friendly! The room is pretty big and decent sized for a short vacation. Some kitchen facilities such as induction stove, sink and kettle.

No microwave - I feel that would have been more useful for heating up food. No full length mirror. The power of the shower was very good. However, the shower design means a significant amount of water leaks onto the floor every time. No late checkout is provided (check out time is 11am) and is charged at 22,000 won per hour. Most hotels provide at least one hour complimentary.

I thought the staff were excellent - they were friendly, our requests for a crib were met, and we got a free room upgrade. The room was perfect; we got a family suite. It was quite spacious and clean. The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from two department stores and right next to the subway. Even though there was no breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, it was a great value.

It would have been nice to have breakfast, but that was not a dealbreaker. The beds were a little hard, but that is typical for Korea. The only downside is that it was a bit too warm in the room, but the A/C isn't turned on till May. However, we were able to open the windows to cool off the place and get it to an ideal temperature.

Room is very spacious and comes with a dinning area with high stool. Its just within 5min walk to Shinsegae Centum City. There are many cafes / restaurant around so no lack of food.

Can see the dust on the tissue box or the wifi-router and my allergy had acted up during my stay. Room temperature is quite warm and stuffy. Lucky we are able to open the windows which cool the room quite a bit. The lift lobby is a bit dark and would be good if it brightens up.

The location was excellent! Bexco was just across the road, subway station was just a short 1 min walk from hotel lobby side entrance, and Lotte/Shinsegae malls was just a 5mins walk away! Room was also nicely scented with room diffuser. Size of room was big enough with a counter top for dining, large fridge, cooking stove and sofa to watch TV. Bed was big enough and comfortable too!

Slightly far from KTX station. The carpet at the room level lift lobby area was dusty and lighting was dim along the common corridor walkway.

Very large room with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. It has a large bathroom. Very clean, towels changed every day. My room also has great views. The location was very convenient for the bexco venue, just a street away.

The room had a kitchen too but useless as it did not have any utilities. The bathtub may be a bit dangerous because it has a step and can get slippery. There is no breakfast available but there are some cafeterias around so its not a problem

The property was very modern and comfortable in a great location with lovely staff! Lots of space inside our rooms and super close to the bus and subway!

The air con is controlled centrally so I found the room to be quite hot. When asked we were given a fan and opened the windows which helped a little bit but would have rather been able to have had the air conditioning switched on. This would not stop me from staying here again though x

The hotel was very near to Bexco where i attended the congress. Within 7-8 minutes walk. The biggest shopping mall (Shinsigae) and Lotte also was 5 minutes walking distance. A lot of subway trains connection just next to it so easy to travel around. The staf and service were excellent. The hotel also provided me some cooking utensils to be use with the kitchen in my room. It was definitely a great place to stay with affordable price and excellent facilities ; cleanliness and service. Recommended.

Location: just 2 min. walk from metro station exit 3. Restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. In the same building, there are two restaurants (Korean soup restaurant, Port cutlet restaurant), two convenience stores, and one coffee shop. GS fresh (small supermarket) in 30 seconds (take exit besides coffee shop and go right). Bigger one is Homeplus. Coinlaundry on the 11th floor. Elevators working well.

Bathroom remains humid. Keep the ventilaror ON.

I could stay here for a longer period because of the spacious area and having a kitchenette. It was clean, nice beds, and it felt cozy and private.

The energy or general demeanor was interesting, and perhaps it's the friendliness and warmth that they could work on for the future. The shower being half glass and half curtain combined with a bathtub, and the showerhead placements gave me a headache, and I'd be splashing water everywhere.
