Staff - friendly and helpful. Location - great location to go around Busan. There are several bus lines close by and subway as well, you can go from and to airport by bus/metro as well. Close to all the main sights in Busan, with a fantastic view over the beach and bridge. Room - it is a nice room with a modern bathroom (room is tiny). The hotel looks fairly new and looks very nice. Balcony view is amazing and you can really relax there. Bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi - great, fast and reliable. It worked smoothly during our stay. Breakfast was good, various dishes were available and drinks as well. For going for some shops and restaurants, you can go to shops anywhere as the prices are similar.

The hotel is located on the 12th floor, in the building on the corner of the street. Might be very confusing as there are several signs about H Avenue Hotel (three with the same name in the same street with buildings next to each other).

The hotel is on the last 2 floors of a 12 story building in the tip of the beach. The terrace is fantastic, as is the bar and the atmosphere. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Location is excellent, Gwangalli beach is a fantastic local beach, not as well known as the famous and touristic Haeundae beach, but in my opinion, much prettier and livelier. It's an urban beach, surrounded by neon buildings and framed by the diamond bridge. Full of life, people, restaurants, there's fireworks from the boats every night and a laser show every saturday.

The one thing I struggled with is, the room didn't have a wardrobe, or shelves or anywhere to store clothes. There was only a hanging bar with just a couple of hangers (although we were given 8 more when asked. Breakfast was big, but 100% Korean style, not many options for western style breakfast

Room had a really cool vibe, and so did the rest of the hotel. The staff at Reception were super nice! Check-in & check-out were super fast and easy. Bed was HUGE, and views of the lights at Gwangalli Beach looked amazing from our balcony. It got easily warm in that part of the room, but the AC worked perfectly so we had a comfortable stay. Also loved the fact we had two light robes and slippers available in our room :)

The bathroom is of the "wet room" type (WC and shower are not separated by a partition) so the whole area gets soaked when you take a shower. The carpeting in the hallway looked like it could use some renewing in some areas. It would also be really helpful if more detailed info re how to find the hotel was provided when you book a room. It looked like we weren't the first guests to end up in the adjoining building!

I didn't know there was 2 locations of this place! Our taxi driver took us to the one right next to it! So be aware when booking! I wish they made sure to be clear about what floor to go to check in. Location of this place is perfect walking distance to everything! Starbuck right down stairs and the building it self has soooo many things to do! But the only problem is with only 3 small elevators it can get busy! The view with the glass windows of the beach are amazing! Highly recommend! Staff were SOOOOOOOO amazing as well! Room can use an upgrade but staff are doing their best to clean what they can so I won't rate them on that! We are just so thankful to have found this place and I will def be booking again! We have already recommended the place to our friends and family!

Confusion of location because there are 2 in different buildings. The booking did NOT specify where to go.. They need to change the booking to make sure to indicate which floor to go to. And I wish they would update the carpets!

Very nice view, we enjoyed the location with lots of restaurants and other activities going on by the beach, just outside the hotel. Bus stop to Busan center was also close and the underground wasn't too far either. People complained about the lift in the reviews, but it was honestly absolutely fine. Nice stay!

Pillows could have been more comfortable but that's personal preference

Very good room with a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I loved the balcony so much and the bed had a heater which was so nice to have. Also the bathtub with a glass wall towards thw balcony so beautiful but private. The downside: i had not enough space for my suitcase to spread open as the bed was in the middle of the room.

It was close to everything. Food, shopping, bars. Beach. Taxi/Uber easy to get. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Elevators were tricky. You’d be going to your floor and all of a sudden going to a different floor. Going down instead of up. Or vice versa. Didn’t know what was going on. But I’m American so maybe I didn’t understand how it works.

The view was INCREDIBLE in our room. Genuinely blew our minds seeing the Gwangalli Bridge lit up like that at night. The location is just amazing and the actual room itself was exceptionally nice, and the bathroom was nicely sized - which is a nice change from most Korean apartments. Overall it was great.

The only complaint we had is that the elevators are genuinely terrible. They are shared by so many other businesses in the building and we were waiting 5-10 minutes sometimes just to go from the reception, down *one* floor to our room. It doesn’t sound like much, but after a long day of walking around Busan, the last thing we wanted was to get stuck waiting for an elevator up to reception, and then down again to our room.

Great size room and the view was beautiful! We really loved the massage chair .. it really was such a bonus after a long day to relax on the massage chair .

Check-in was very late 4pm ., after travelling more than 15 hours we were really hoping to check in a bit earlier . The receptionist was not friendly and could hardly speak nor understand English . Also the common areas and reception area is such a let down ! no porters either ! It gave such a terrible first impression .. for the price we paid we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel in Hondae beach! However , once we got to the room we were happy that it was as the photos when we made the booking ! The room definitely made up for the others .

Location is awesome! We got the sea view so we saw the bridge light up every night. I just wished there was a map of the rooms so I can choose a room with more windows.

Getting a taxi in the morning is very difficult so factor in an extra 15-20 minutes. Later in the day is fine.
