Pluses: - Cool swimming pool at the rooftop, the water is being heated, water temperature was comfy for the mid of April. Only bathrobes and towels are provided for the swimming pool, so it's better to have your own slippers instead of using disposable slippers. - Really comfortable bed and comfy pillows. Minuses: - There is no roof at the swimming pool's floor. So if it's raining and you want to use a swimming pool, your belongings would get wet. - In the bathroom the water is easily spilled through the shower's partition. At night in the bathroom it smelled of sewage.

The hotel is still doing well in its second year. Great location on the beach of Songjeong, which is developing better due to the blue rail and other new facilities. A lot of surfers on the beach. Rooftop pool is probably the best in town. Staff and management are very kind and helpful. The new hotel restaurant and a great cocktail bar are cool additions.

We found a few small things that needed maintenance and cleaning. The signature fragrance is a little too intense in the lift and hallway areas.

Loved the room! We had a bathtub in our room with a view of the sea, and it became my nightly routine to sit in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the moonlight. Songjeong is a cool surfing beach, so we got to watch surfers from sun up to sun down. Great cafes nearby with big windows for sea views. Nice burger place across the street. Breakfast was just a little bagged sandwich and some fruit (same every day), but it tasted good! There is a train that runs frequently that runs to Haeundae beach. And we were able to walk north to the temple (45 min).

They didn’t make up our room one day when we wanted them to. Strong perfume smell in halls that was a bit much for me. No laundry service.

Great location and very helpful staff, we wanted to stay an extra night at short notice which wasn’t a problem and we had some specific requests for breakfast that were also accommodated. The room was spacious, the facilities were all in good order and we loved the view and balcony!

We were a bit disturbed and the volume of plastic waste during our stay, water is all in plastic bottles (small ones, which means you are given lots of them) and the breakfast (which is hard to complain about because it was free) required more plastic than I’d usually consume in a week at home. It’s also worth highlighting that the description states ‘private pool’, it’s not private (which we thought was clear from the photos) and it doesn’t quite look as luxurious as the photos but it was a very nice pool!

The room and view was great. We booked the coolest ocean suite on 11th floor which only had 4 suites on the entire floor. The bathtub overlooking the ocean, rain shower, and huge bathroom with bidet was awesome. We didn't have chance to use or check out the rooftop pool unfortunately. They also gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the hotel cafe...simple food but tasty and you can take with you. Staff was also very friendly. The hotel also provided robes and slippers.

The slippers they provided were kinda flimsy...but at least they provided them! Also when we asked for extra pillows, they said they had none?!

Very beautiful hotel, great location to escape from crowds. Good interior and exterior design, great roof top pool as well. The seaside view room also has great view to see the beach and sunrise! However, need to be careful when taking a shower because the water will spill out and flood the bathroom. And during late at night, there were cars and motorcycle racing, caused some noise. Almost perfect but still love the hotel!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and size was good. I cannot emphasize how wonderful the staff were 10/10. They put in so much enough into making sure I was comfortable during my stay, they were also kind enough to answer my questions about transportation, nice eating spots etc. I loved that the breakfast was packed and ready to go. If I do visit Busan again in the future, I’d definitely stay here.

My entire stay at TCH was wonderful. It is not a far taxi/bus ride from Haeundae, and has beach access to Songjeong Beach, which had busking and great food stops.

On one of my pillows, there were black dots. I had recently dyed my hair so I didn't think anything of it, but I used a different pillow the second night and there were no black dots.

Pool was awesome and warm with a great view. Staff were very friendly and free breakfast was a bonus. The room was very large with everything you might need. Decent location close to the beach, blue line train and buses.

Curtain next to shower did not seem to be waterproof- no way to get it out of the way and mine was already going mouldy. Personally preference but it would be nice if the pool was closed to kids for a couple hours in the evening.

Outstanding staff. We left a bag on the bullet train and the lovely receptionist helped us get it back. We had it back within 24hours. We got a free room upgrade and breakfast added to our booking. Everything in the hotel seemed new. Location is right by the beach train and a great beach The view of the ocean and people surfing is amazing Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Nothing
