The hotel room was clean, had every amenities a traveler needs. The bathroom was also clean and had bidet-like toilet. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful and they always smiled at me whenever I came back. Also there is a staff opening the door for guests all the time which felt like special treatment. Due to the lack of time I couldn’t try the rooftop cafe which I regret. The location is 5 minutes away from subway and bus stop and compared to other parts of Daegu it’s more quiet.

My second time at the hotel and this time I stayed with my husband. We were very satisfied with the decor, the spacious bathroom and the huge TV was appreciated. The room was spotless clean and the bed was conformable. The staff was nice and very service-minded, and they were polite and we were always greated with a smile. A few minutes walk from the line 1 subway, which was nice. We look forward to our next stay.

The room was neat and clean. HUGE TV and amazing bath tub. My husband really enjoyed it! The rooftop garden was also super cute and cozy! The staff was so kind and made my birthday really special with a note. Even everytime I passed through reception, if there was a new staff member they wished me ‘happy birthday’. They were also so helpful when we needed anything, a taxi, coin wash… Thank you so much!

Very close to camp walker, though there is about a 10 to 15 min walk to either gate. It's a clean and new motel. The staff are friendly and it's more inviting than most other hotels for the price point.

As other reviews mentioned it's very odd that literally nothing is included in the rooms. I would have assumed shampoo and soap would at least be in some dispensers, but nope. Oh but randomly you do get three water bottles in the fridge.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. I only had a U.S. phone number and the lady at the desk called a taxi for me so I could get dinner. I also left a few clothes in the room after check out, someone messaged me and let me know. I was able to have a friend pick up my belongings. Valet service is also very nice! Quiet, clean, and very nice rooms! Every time I visit the area, I stay at this hotel.

Nice place, one if the few daegu properties actually on booking. Room was comfy, not too big but after our tiny-room experience in Seoul it felt massive! No breakfast possible, they have a rooftop restaurant but it was closed permanently when we were there (april 23). Close to the nr 1 metro line. Plenty of restaurants around.

Towels are for kids only. Seriously, you get two small towels per person. And when i say towels i mean 30*50 cm so i am using the term towels generously. Also cleaning was good, but they left unoccupied rooms open (put the rooms fire extinguiser in the doors to keep them open) Wierd and a potential fire hazard( i am a qualified fire fighter) but one day they made a mistake, and our room was also open when we came bavk late at night! Nothing was missing or anything, but still.

I absolutely loved the huge bathtub, the big comfy bed, the plush pillows and the staff were very sweet. There was a generous welcome kit, bottled water, a good hairdryer and a robe to wear along with slippers and the room was very clean. A large TV with streaming channels. The location was excellent with nearby public transport.

The only thing I'd comment on is the very small towels to dry yourself with after a shower or bath but everything else made up for this minor point.

Nice clean room with everything we needed. Very quiet at night and comfortable bed. The bathtub was great too. Close to metro. The staff was very friendly and let us leave our luggage and check in a little earlier. It was raining badly in the evening and one younger manager who spoke great English let us use his phone to order pizza and managed the communication with the delivery guy, which we wouldn't have been able to do alone. We were very grateful for this!

I guess it's not something that can be changed but the only window in the room was very small and didn't have the nicest view. It would also be good to have bigger towels (actual bath towels instead of hand / face towels).

Room is quite spacious, and has enough place for belongings. Clean, quite hotel. Staff speaks decent English, so communication was straight-forward. Coin laundry possibilities available.

Hotel lobby has a slightly odd sweetish smell. Although the hotel is good, it is quite far away from Deagu city center, but it's located near a subway station, so the connection is good enough.

Cleanliness in hotels is a very important issue for me. 10/10! Comfortable bed, helpful and kind staff. Will definitely come back to stay there when I visit Korea again.

According to the booking confirmation, the shampoo etc should have been included, but we had to pay extra. Not much, so it's not a huge disadvantage, but still.
