The property was within walking distance of a lot of attractions and the bus stop was only a couple minutes walk away. Mrs. Park the owner/manager was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful which really added to the appeal of the motel. I also loved how there was daily housekeeping as well as having fresh towels brought everyday. Water, coffee, and juice was also provided daily. The next time I’m back in Gyeongju, I will be staying at Mirim Motel again!

Nothing to complain about

- Good location, not too far from the main sights. There is the old city wall right around the corner. Bus stop and convenience stores close to the property. Very close to Seongdong market, one of the traditional markets they have in Korea. This one is the best one in Gyeongju imo. - Owner is very friendly and helpful. She did laundry for me and brought it back to the room. - Good working fridge, kettle, air conditioning and TV in the room. - Everything is clean and environment is quiet.

It was good value for our money. The hotel is easy to find and 10 mins walking away from the central market. At 10 mins there is also a bus station that allows you to go the train station and to the touristic temples. So great location! It was clean, and with daily room service. There was shampoo, toothpaste, body cream, hairdryer, and hair conditioner etc. The owner of the hotel was really sweet and diligient. She did the laundry for us and didnt charge anything (and we really need it!). She was also flexible with the check in hours. We recommend it!

Bed and pillow could be a bit more comfortable but we cant complain for what we payed 😅.

Warm welcome and smooth check in. The room was comfy and came with a bath. Everytbing was spotless clean and I even had a big bathtowel. The busstop is nearby. There is a market around the corner and its about 15 minutes walk to the park (tomb) and nice cafes and restaurants.

The matras was a bit hard

We are driving around Korea and the Mirim Motel had very easy access to parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who showed us to our room returned a few minutes later with a couple of bigger towels, the first we had seen in Korea. The Mirim Motel is also just a short walk from the local amenities. A great stay at a very reasonable price.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and looked after me well. There was a bathtub! The room had all the typical facilities: Fridge, TV, hairdryer, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop nearby to get to most attractions.

Some of the decor has seen better days; although some visitors may dislike this, I found it to be charming. Location is close to the day market but not the night market where most of the evening restaurants are but that said Gyeongju is a very spread out town!

The woman who worked there was absolutely lovely and very helpful! I arrived at around 1600 and she gave me a map and pointed to the three most important things to see and basically pushed me out the door telling me to go now and start walking! Really proud of her city. I didn't use it, but if you like to watch TV, you'll feel like you're in a cinema…

To be honest, I booked this hotel thinking it was right next to the train station; as it happens, that train station is now closed and is located about a 25-minute bus ride away! My own fault.

Booked this at the last minute fully trusting the positive reviews, and I’m glad I did! As many others have said, the lady was lovely and the room was very clean and had everything I needed. The decor is a little different but it honestly made a nice change from the sameness of every other place I’ve stayed. It’s very easy to walk to the attractions and historical sites in town, and there are bus stops conveniently located for trips further afield.

I had an emergency and needed to quickly find an accommodation for an extra day in Gyeongju. The owner was really helpful and understanding, and accommodated me with all my requests. She was super nice and a very great owner, I really recommend to stay at this hotel! I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I'll be in Gyeongju.
