The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was big with two nice comfortable beds, tv, desk, and a small sitting/dining area. The shower and toilet were separate. Every day, the towels were changed, and two bottles of water were brought to the room. The hotel has laundry machines you can use free of charge. Also, the location is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Recommend.

Staff was very friendly, sufficient english to help with with questions, close enough to Samsung facilities and Tera Tower to reach by foot in 20 minutes. Good collection of korean style restaurants in the surrounding and for the american/european visitors a friendly fried chicken/beer pub just around the corner. Large shopping center for all sorts of goods also within 5 minutes. Good stay for business!

The support from the staff and their availability. Kitchenette was good. Makes you self dependent.

Since its a business hotel or near to many multinational industry. The staff should be more english positive and should have additional services or know how on the nearest tourist destinations/ travel agents etc.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite when checking in. The room was a little small, but there was a huge bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

There are many restaurants in the area, and the room was comfortable

It was quite sterile feeling, and there were some features that were strange. For example, only one bed had an outlet by it, and there was no place to hang a wet towel.

The staff were very helpful when we wanted a taxi booking. The bathroom facilities were excellent. very clean with plenty of hot water. The room was large with excellent air-conditioning. The chambermaid did an excellent service each day.

Unfortunately, there was a lack of storage space for t-shirts, underwear etc. We ended up emptying the kitchen cupboard to prevent living out of a suitcase. The sheets and quilt cover had a small tear.

The staff was over the top helpful and friendly; the rooms were clean and well appointed; the breakfast meals were fresh and delicious.

The fitness room could use a refreshing with some new equipment

The beds here are exceptionally comfortable. The rooms are much larger than most hotels in Korea. The breakfast was quite nice, and so were the staff, too!

Garden room bathtub didn't work. But, they gave us an equivalent room with a working tub, plus a free breakfast voucher, as compensation.

The room was big and spacious, which was perfect for my parents! They also had a mini-fridge and a stove to cook on, which was very thoughtful.

The hood over the stove didn't work, so they couldn't actually cook in their room.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two.

The thermostat didn't work, so couldn't set the room temperature properly. The shower leaked a lot of water because the door didn't close properly.
