The room was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There's even a styler machine. So cool !. Having a terrace was a big plus. It was so nice to sit out in the morning with coffee. The location is excellent, just walking distance to Hwaseong Fortress and surrounded by cafes, a cultural center, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast could be improved, but honestly not a deal breaker given everything else. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting the area.

The coffee machine at the breakfast area didn't work during our whole stay but not a big deal.

The location was great. Really close to the sights you would want to see in Suwon. The beds were comfortable. They provided extra water bottles, coffee, water refill station, and extra towels by the elevator.

Wasn't sure where the laundry was located. The person at the front said it was downstairs, but we couldn't find it. Maybe it was a laundry service? Not a big deal, as we could do it in our next hotel. Difficult to get the correct location on uber for pick-up.

Suwon was our first stop out of Seoul. We had great views from our room towards the wall surrounding the old town. And in our area of Suwon it was just a short walk to coffee and cake or the Korean BBQ restaurant for our dinner. Our room was very comfortable and had a great Korean feel that we found very interesting.

The staff here are incredible. They help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are a few boxes of stock downstairs in the foyer, and that's what people are referring to when they downgrade the cleanliness. But those boxes are there to stock the convenience shop that is downstairs. I'd rather have the shop and boxes!! Close to restaurants, shops, next door to the cultural centre. A great option.

Stayed in May, weather was cool and rainy. 1. Location was great, right in the middle of the tourist area. 2. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Had to change from original room. Travelled with 1.5 yr old toddler, so safety issue was very important for us. First room had no light switch covers, toilet was leaking from the roof, TV barely hanging onto the wall. Luckily managed to change to better and safer room.

The reception is friendly and helped me to make a food delivery order since I arrived late in the evening. The location is great. The price is affordable compared to other places.

The room booked was one without a view and it felt like staying inside a box (it doesn't feel like it when you view the photos), next time we will book a room with a view, it's absolutely worth it.

Breakfast at the local coffee bakery was absolutely lovely.

it is a cultural centre for education purposes. Thus it felt like a school excursion stay, the interior was like a school camp and I was constantly looking out for my grade 5 teachers. That was 20 years ago and the vibe was still there.

Location: Good, it isn't the near to any subway but it is 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stops and it is also within the Hwaseong fortress which was pretty cool. You can visit the whole fortress without even leaving it! Staff: There was only one lady in the counter and she was kind Room: Very comfortable and it has it's own air conditioning as well. It even had those mechanical massage chairs (I didn't try it though) It also has a computer for some reason within the room. Cleanliness: 9/10. Bed was clean but just some of the cabinets or furniture were just a bit dusty Washroom: It was clean and it even has a bathtub. The shower was also detached from the faucet which was neat. It has shampoo, conditioner and body wash There is also a self E-mart convenience store at the lobby. I would go back here again

I came on the time when some areas of the hotel was under construction. I could notice that the construction workers were doing their work on the room beside me and they were making huge noises. Luckily the staff was very helpful and she told the workers to be more silent right away. The amenities provided are beyond my expectations! The room is huge comparing to same accomodations around the offered price. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so far :)

Noises. It could've been better if they could shut the whole floor IF they want to do construction work on the floor rather than still making the floor be operating. It was a bit uncomfortable

The location is right at the historical fortress of Hwaseong enable one to tour the city leisurely within walking distance. The room facilities n amenities provided were excellent as I was upgraded to a room with balcony. Many cafes n eating places were available.

Counter staff not readily available at times, but is very helpful. Breakfast closed too early at 10am as in just Korean hotels. Would be good if it can be extended to 11am.
