The room was spacious and very comfortable. It also felt quite new. The staff was also very nice. There were many restaurants and event locations nearby the hotel, however, it was always quiet in the room. There was also a "CU" convenience store just across the street and it was only a 10/15 minute walk to the nearest train station.

The bathroom didn't had a curtain between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Hence, whenever one was taking a shower, the whole bathroom was "flooded".

Nice room with newly recent furniture. Very clean. Breakfast was good and diversified enough to choose between Korean food and English breakfast. Staff with full of attention.

Maybe add one or two free shelves to use for storage of my luggage contents in the bedroom and not to leave things on the floor. Well active area with restaurants, bars and corner shops. But we need to walk 500 m to reach the nearest subway station. And also 30 minutes walk needed to reach the Hwaseong Fortress.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. We had a double & twin bed in a very spacious room with great amenities and service. The location was excellent for tourist sites in and out of town. The staff were really helpful and it was very good value. There was even a free self-service laundry option. Highly recommended!

Some overnight noise outside especially with windiow open

Great value for money. Double rooms are spacious enough for two people. Easy check in and check out. Baggage storage available. Its was great that there were some umbrellas we could lend. There is a fitness facility as well.

Best air conditioning, with floor heating Staff very helpful. No issues getting our car from the parking garage, just tell staff what time and it’s organised. Nice substantial free breakfast Its in walking distance of the restaurant club area.

We had a twin room a bit on the small side. It was an awkward bathroom arrangement as the door opened next to the head of one bed. Bath shower arrangement with no curtain so the floor got wet. Small cramped side streets.

Stayed in a standard double room for 8 nights. The hotel is in a lively area with many restaurants close to public transport. The standard room was a good size with excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fitness suite and laundry room both free to use. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was construction work nearby, but with the windows closed the noise is well reduced

The location is great. The hotel is quiet, in the rooms you don't hear noise from the outside at all. Very friendly staff. Clean and large room, large bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom has all the necessary products, such as a toothbrush, bath sponge, etc. and even a hair band. The room was heated and its so good for this cold weather. Im coming from israel, so for me korea was very cold. I really liked the hotel. There is a huge window in the room. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

A breakfast that is only slightly suitable for vegetarians. In Korea everything is meat and it is known that vegetarians have a hard time there. But in the hotel I would expect more variety for vegetarians. But still, it was ok, i found something to eat there.

I have had the pleasure of staying here several times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. I am grateful for the excellent services provided throughout my stays.

I would appreciate it if I had been informed about the housekeeping hours, which are until 5 pm. I made the request as the adjacent room was being cleaned, but unfortunately, the staff seemed displeased with my inquiry.

Stayed in a standard double room for 20 nights. It was a great base for our first trip to Korea. The hotel is in a lively area with many cafes, bars and restaurants. It is close to public transport at Suwon City Hall and Ingye-ro so (with a T money card) it's easy to get to the fortress walls, palace and old town, Gwanggyo Lake Park and Suwon station (for trips to Seoul and Busan). It is a half hour walk or 5 minute bus/taxi ride to the airport bus terminal or intercity bus terminal (eg for Sokcho). Suwon is close to Seoul but well worth exploring for old (fortress area and hills) and new, with markets, world cup and baseball stadiums, good parks, very good small galleries and museums including the iPark and Nam June Paik arts centre; the visual media festival along the Suwoncheon stream (15 minutes walk) was beautiful. The standard room was a good size with excellent bathroom (no bath but double sized shower). There was a kettle and fridge. The bed was very comfortable.. The a.c.was easy to use and effective. There was a fitness suite and laundry room both free to use. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.. There is a snall but elaxing, roof garden. We were happy to return to the hotel after our long walks and trips.

There wasn't anything. There was nearby construction work but not much noise came through. There could be some drawers in the bedside tables and another comfortable chair (for two guests).

Bed was very comfortable, the best sleep while staying in Korea! Second, we made the most of the safe.

Shower booth was not well elevated which caused continuous flood in the bathroom. We cannot blame for the surroundings but the hotel’s located in the very centre of night life district. If you are not a big fan of such, keep that in your mind.
