It is very difficult to find hotels in this category in Korea that have comfortable beds with a mattress that is not as hard as the floor so we appreciated it so much this was our second stay in Suwon. Rooms are large, there is free parking onsite and the neighborhood is very lively at night with many restaurants and bars. Perfect place to stay at while visiting Suwon.

It would be nice to be offered real coffee at breakfast.

The breakfast was affordable and fresh. I call it grocery store Chinese takeout, but it is actually better than that. Sorry no pancakes and sausage. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and competent.

They won't put a microwave in the room. Some of the online listings show a microwave in the room. There is no microwave. We had to go to the lobby to use the microwave there. Post Covid hospitality has suffered everywhere, but they do their best here.

-could you, please, stop giving people breakfast coupons, this is not issue only in this hotel but also in many others in South Korea, just ask guests their room number and that´s it, breakfast coupons are just meaningless wasting of the paper + the whole concept is really dumb

The location was great and most important, the staff was super friendly and eager to help all the time.

I like the room and how it was situated. Very clean and warm. The room had just enough space for one person and the amenities was good.

Not all the lights switched off so I had to remove the key card from the power supply to have it completely dark to be able to sleep.

More space to put clothes out of the luggage like shelves.

Very clean, large bathroom with large bathtub. Location easy to reach via Metro and with amazing food and entertainment options at night around the area.
