The location is easy to access, just within a few minutes from Suwon Town hall metro station and there was plenty of bus route nearby. The room is cozy comfortable and clean. The heat is working well so the temperature in the room is always comfortable. The breakfast election is great, with both Korean/Asian/Western flavor available. The desserts are especially great. The free WiFi is enough for most of the applications unless using heavy streaming. Haven't used the premium WiFi (needed to register as member) so I figure the connection will be even better There are plenty of restaurants nearby so dining is not a problem.

The space is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. And the door is shared between bathroom and closet so you can only keep one opened. The motion sensor light on the room hallway can be annoying and I wish there is a way to turn that off. Elevator can be slow especially in the early morning hours when everyone is using it.

Our hotel was centrally located. Free parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Towels are supplied. Many restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks inside hotel lobby.

Bathroom very compact. Hotel do not offer vanity items, it can be purchased from hotel. This hotel is also a wedding venue which caused it to be very busy over weekends. The elevator to the basement parking is a different one to the elevator going to the guest rooms- so it was a bit confusing at first. Lighting not so good.

The location is good. I have good memories in this hotel back in 2019. I love that it has few coffee shops and good restaurants around. Plus, Olive Young is just few metres away and I get my essentials there! The staff was very helpful despite the volume of international participants coming to stay in the hotel. They kindly booked taxis for you.

Unfortunately, the WC in my room (number 830), is not functioning 100%. The water for flushing only comes out from the sides, and water was not released at the frontal part of the WC. I needed to take the shower bidet to clean the WC after using. Maybe the hotel needs to check on that.

The breakfast spread was superb and a very wide selection. The timing though is a bit restrictive

The entire check in process. Though the check in time was 3 pm and a request made for early check in, the staff were not very helpful in even checking if rooms were available for early check in. Eventually, they did give the room earlier than 3 pm, but after repeated requests. This meant that they had rooms ready, but didnt really accomodate customers.

Breakfast unbelievable , I have never seen such a rich and extensive breakfast. And we have already seen a lot of hotels in different countries. Even in Accor Hotels in other countries. Breakfast of a five-star hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Everything was just great.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean and the facilities (gym) were good. Staff were very helpful in assisting me to get around Suwon.

The location was perfect. Price was not too high too. I loved that it had a cafe, a Starbucks just below. Situated in the heart of the city, it was good to easily find a place to eat. It also was about 15mins away from the train station.

It could be cheaper. And it was sad that they didn't honor my accor membership because I booked it through booking dot com. They should still have honored it.

Standard quality, I even got free upgrade to the junior suite.

Even though the hotel was non-smoking, I could smell cigarettes all over the hotel including the room.

Location, room, breakfast, free shuttle bus to/from work

Cleaning (in the 1st day, the chair in my room was not clean; I had to call the reception and they came to the room to clean it), for 2 days I had no bathroom carpet (they forgot to provide during room cleaning), the view from the window was opaque (there was a kind of plastic in the glass), there is no more stop of the airport bus close the to hotel (it had before the pandemic; I had to go/come to/from another stop using a taxi), the blanket was very heavy (there was no light blanket, however I didn't try to ask for one).

Breakfast is very extensive, good quality. Rooms are nice, personnel is very accommodating. Location very good
