Great location connected to Suwon Station through a shopping mall with great choices for food and shopping. Long distance bus from incheon airport dropped us right in front of the hotel! The biggest plus is the friendly and helpful reception staff, especially Genie, who spent time helping us plan our days and transport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and a fabulous breakfast.

Being so close to the Suwon train station made it especially convenient. We took a shuttle from the airport to the Suwon station and got dropped off in front of this Novotel hotel. On top of the hotel being so nice, traveling to the hotel was easy.

The food was expensive. he breakfast buffet was amazing, but it was costly.

I liked everything about this hotel, from the location (next to main train station), to the staff, to the facilities. It was all exc. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was expensive. If you pay for breakfast when reserving the hotel online, you can save some money. Breakfast was fabulous.

We have been here many times, and we will keep coming back whenever we need (or want) to be in Suwon. Great location and very good standard no-nonsense hotel with professional staff. It's part of a big international chain, but even comparing this hotel to other similar once in other countries, owned by the same conglomerate, it stands out. In fact, I once advised the staff of a Novotel Paris hotel (Yes, France) to take an educational trip to Suwon to come and get aquatinted with the art of hospitality (they were not amused, but neither was I). For me, this hotel has become a 'golden standard level' for a non-holiday/business/shopping weekend hotel.

Location and condition of the hotel

Although the breakfast was good, it was not as good as most hotels in the same class in Korea. I have stayed in Korea for one month. Also, I had a ‘garden” room, but all it consisted of was a little square plot of half dry grass outside the door.

Convenience of having mall, subway, and bus stop made going on your tours easier.

My room did not get a flat sheet which was weird for me. Maybe Korea doesn’t get that?

I've stayed here before. Very convenient to the location of the train station and bus stops. Underground shopping and near by for site seeing. You pay for the convenience.

My room was great. Unfortunately the lights and electricity short circuit edges when I turn the light on in the morning. I didn't even plug anything in. Fortunately the staff was able to get the electricity back in room about 45 minutes later. I will continue to stay here in future trips even though there was the electrical mishap.

Big beautiful rooms, shoping mall and train station within the hotel 2nd floor, traditional market with shops and restaurants on the opposite side of the hotel, exceleny staff, beautiful restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, decent bathroom! Also love that it’s at the train station and attached to a mall! Convenient! The breakfast is also great!

It’s hard to describe in words because the hotel was modern and clean, but it was not exceptional for its class in comparison to others I have been to in Korea.
