The location is great, very close to the Suwon train station. It is located just off the main street so in a very lively area with lots of clubs and restaurants. And the bed was extremely comfortable.

- The receptionist didn't speak English, but he was very kind so we were able to figure it all out. - We found a hair on our mattress. - A bedside table would have been nice and maybe a bedside lamp since you have to get up to turn the lights off (switch on the other side of the room). - Our room was directly opposite the elevator so we were woken up by the noise coming from the hallway.

It’s close to the station though it doesn’t seem to be possible to cross the road at street level from the station - you need an over- or under-pass. The room wasn’t deluxe despite being called that but it was spacious, clean, quiet and mostly comfortable. The bed was a bit too soft for me though acceptable. The shower wasn’t separate from the rest of the bathroom but the toilet and toilet paper stayed dry. I enjoyed trying out the steam closet (suggest you Google the manual in your language to make sure you don’t wreck your clothes.) Staff were nice - they let me check in early and held my luggage after checkout.

For one night it was fine.

The location was good. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, it's very rare for me to find comfortable beds in Korea. They provided large towels. The clothing steam machine was interesting. I was too lazy to try to translate anything and I stuck a shirt in there on the default setting and it seemed to help a bit.

It's not really the hotel's fault, but the top half of the building is officetels and the people above me (I don't think directly) were kinda loud all night. (Scraping furniture, dropping items, slamming doors) If you're not a light sleeper you'd probably be fine. As others mentioned there's a window directly facing the shower/toilet... so a bit awkward if you're not traveling alone.

From the friendly receptionist guy (seriously, even the better hotels do not have as friendly receptionist). The room is super cozy especially the bed (omg, i slept super duper well). The water pressure is so strong!!! So nice to take a shower in. The convenient shop is just downstairs. The hotel is a short walking distance from Suwon station (take exit 11, walk straight through the shops and turn left; the hotel is at the right side). So many eateries nearby!! Perfect location. I will come back for sure (:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was great! The hotel itself is pretty central (close to metro and bus stops, as well as many stores and restaurants) and there is a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff is very nice and helpful. Cold water is provided in the fridge in the summer, as well as a variety of chargers that can be used for many appliances. There is a steam closet in the room which was quite unexpected and a really nice touch!!!

Can't think of much because it's a good value for money place. I guess the bathroom configuration is a little weird. The sink is outside of the bathroom (next to the bed) and the toilet and shower are not separated. But that wasn't an issue for me.

The place is great - very well located next to a very lively street, but still quiet. 30 min of a nice walking to the Suwon Fortress, or very well connected by bus. Bus station is around the corner. Well bedroom size, very clean, hot water and good pressure. We arrive before the check-in time, and the allowed us to enter anyway. Definitely, a very good value for money. There is a convenience store next to the hotel - which is always very helpful. And in this case - big towels are provided - which is not common in South Korea.

Nothing, everything was great.

I appreciated the fact that the location was good. We had access to all the restaurants, shops, and gas stations within 5 minutes. The room service was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to requests.

I did not like the fact that the room was small and that I did not have an iron as indicated in what was included in the room equipment.

We had minimal interaction with staff but the receptionist and maid were both charming. We basically checked in and experienced complete quiet, the hotel is just far enough off the main tourist street (Rodeo) to be easily accessed yet private. Our room was small but well-equipped with modern conveniences. We loved the GS25 (convenience store) built-in to the bottom floor of the building. For the price this hotel greatly exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was difficult to find but an adventure as we passed through some narrow alleyways. The front door light came on automatically when someone got up to use the restroom. And one side of the bed was pushed against the window (required due to small size of room) so getting up meant sliding off the end of the bed or crawling over your partner.

Really comfortable bed and plenty of space for 2 people. Our adapter was square and the sockets were round, so the staff helpfully leant us thru adapter. Very good water pressure and shower. There was a multi device charger station with 3 cable options.

No mirror or sink in the bathroom, the mirror is in the hall and the sink is with the kitchenette, so my partner was unable to shave. No privacy in the bathroom as it has a large window through to the bedroom.

Impeccable and helpful staff, great location, great price, very safe Room has towels robes water coffee, a massive television, fridge Bed, I had very good sleeps, mostly soundproof nice mattress I highly recommend S Stay Thanks guys I will definitely come back what a relaxing place in an energetic neighbourhood
