Exceptional staff was the highlight of this stay. From Seline at check in who helped us with questions and settled us in. The staff at the Han Mall were also very pleasant. Great team who make this place a 5 star ⭐ There are many facilities on site which made it quite convenient and the location is quite central to most public transportation.

We had some problems with the room temperature yet the staff were able to accommodate our needs and ensured we were nice and cool. The temperature inside is around 24 degs so be mindful if you are coming from a place where your summer temperature is that.

This is the first time we have stayed at Grand Hyatt Jeju. It was truly a magnificent and memorable 4-night stay. When we checked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had an incredible view of the spa and the ocean. The room amenities were amazing, the tv had Chromecast so we were able to watch Netflix :). It was snowing during our stay in Jeju which allowed us to really enjoy the hotel's other amenities. There was an array of shopping stores, restaurants, games room, spa, available to the guests. We especially loved our dinner at Noknamu which is Korean BBQ. The food - BBQ, banchan and the way they served us the lettuce and perilla leaves in a box were spectacular. The Jeju Hotpot (Sichuan hotpot) was also a standout for us. The vegetable hot pot we had here was the BEST one we have ever had. The yum cha at China House was also delicious and flavorful. We also visited other little food and dessert shops, everything we ate was sublime. If you want to feel like a kid again, visit the games room. It had all the games you can think of. We had an issue with our room the first night, it smelled like smoke. We spoke to the staff, explained the situation and she made it possible for us to swap rooms (on a higher floor). We went out to explore and by the time we came back the room and key cards were ready and our suitcases in our room. It was such an easy transition. It was one of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, so we want to thank Grand Hyatt Jeju for making our stay such an unforgettable one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.

The whole building is incredibly beautiful, the staff treated us so well, from taking care of our luggage to answering our questions, giving recommendations to what we should see and visit and helping us getting a taxi. You are really treated like a star here, the hotel has everything you can imagine from spa to indoor and outdoor pools, arcade games, clothing stores, Seven Eleven supermarket inside of the hotel, casino and many restaurants, you can really have everything without having to leave this place. The room service was incredible, reasonable prices and very delicious food, again, the staff is super nice and friendly. We will definitely come back, because we’ve fallen in love with this beautiful island!

If you have the chance to visit Jeju Island, then the only hotel you should even consider staying at is Grand Hyatt. The view from the hotel room (if you book the Oceanview King suite) was exceptional!!!! We loved being able to sit in our room and watch the planes fly off from the airport. You honestly don't need to leave the hotel at all as the complex includes a gym, infinity pool + kid friendly splash pool, 2 spas, casino, numerous restaurants, clothing stores and a 24/7 convenience store. The restaurants within the hotel are pricey but that's a given for a 5-star hotel. If you do venture out, there are numerous local eateries nearby that offer good, tasty and cheap food. Free parking is offered to guests which was great for us as we rented a motorbike to explore Jeju.

I like the heated pool most. I also like the long bathroom mat which is excellent after I step out of the bathroom. I also the breakfast selection which you can change to brunch and dine at level at 38 good for those that could not wake up early.

A manager called Heidi! She just tried to brush us off and didn't want to helping us even though we spent about 3000 USD in 2 days her attitude and her not willing to help us upgrade our suite was exceptionally awful! A manager like that shouldn't be working at a 5 star hotel!

This was a DREAM! We arrived at the huge and beautiful hotel and were greated so kindly at the check-in. They knew we were visiting for our honeymoon and got an upgrade with a city view room. The room was AMAZING! Soooo beautiful we almost didn't want to leave the room. The hotel has so many facilities which we all explored. We had a lovely dinner, visited the Spa, did some swinning on the outdoor pooldeck in the evening, went to the casino and did some shopping. So nice they have their own 7-eleven as well! Grand Hyatt went out of their way to make our stay special. They even gave me a gift (a box of macarons) for my birthday. If you have the time, do order roomservice for breakfast, is it really amazing (we had the continental breakfast and omelet).

Perfect base for JEJU island. If you want to stay in the city of jeju this is the place you want to stay! We were worried when we arrived to the hotel lobby it was massive and so many people but check in was so quick and efficient! Room is so big and have huge floor to ceiling windows with great view of Jeju city and airport ( do not worry if you think it’s too close to the airport) This hotel is humongous and it was the peak season (stayed 2nights in early August) so seems like it was almost fully booked however we didn’t feel like it was too crowded at all! It was absolutely fantastic we wouldn’t survive the heat without this hotel!

Only one thing! My husband I were surprised that there are no bar we can have few drinks. There seems to be a lot of restaurants (which has great reviews) but no proper bar or the pool bar doesn’t seem to sell any drinks or food.

We ate at the Cafe8 twice for dinner and Pacho once for dinner and the meals were fantastic. The location of the hotel is a little remote and not that centrally located but it is close to the airport - a few USD takes you by cab to this beautiful hotel where Singles Inferno was filmed. The rooms are spectacular. Huge windows overlooking the city skyline (in our case, we had the city view). Great amenities thru-out the hotel. My one recommendation for this hotel is to add more towel hanging hooks in the bathroom so that everyone can hang their towel to dry. There was only 1 hook in the entire ginormous two-sinked bathroom with a gorgeous tub and a separate shower. The beds were super comfortable and the blackout curtains work like a charm.

Honestly, nothing except something as small as adding a few more hooks to hang your bath towels in the bathroom.

Amazing people with stunning rooms; we love the fact that as soon as we got in, Randy came up to us and started talking to us without knowing who we were. Once he knew we were Malaysians, and that this is a special stay, we paid for an upgrade to a stunning room that he helped to procure for us with a great view of the runway. He told us many great tips about Jeju and where to find the best kebabs and shopping. He came up to the suite with us and he didn’t have to spend that much time with us but he did out of his sincerity to help us. Thank you so much Randy and love your warmth and gentlemanly attitude you possess as a Sabahan. The hotel has a gem of a gentleman in you.
