I appreciate my stay in Kensington resort. The staff is very supportive, kind and helpful and was ready to proactively respond to my requests. The breakfast was amazing - with a variety of Korean and Western options, the restaurant area is very spacious. I also loved the surroundings of the hotel: very green, the bus stop close by which made it easy to reach the city and other places of interest.

The non-renovated room pictures were not very representative. I would recommend choosing the renovated rooms as an option to stay. We changed rooms during our stay, the staff was helpful with arranging the change, I am grateful for that.

The newly renovated room was very clean, spacious, and included amenities that helped us feel comfortable. The staff at the front desk - Mr. Kang and Ms. Na were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

You must pay a fee to use the pool (discounted for hotel guests) but there are strict restrictions - you must wear a hat/cap or swim cap, the deepest pool (1.5 m deep) can only be used by adults, so my teenage son who is quite tall and can swim, was only able to use the 1.0 m or 1.2 m deep pool, which many families with toddlers and younger children were using. The sauna was not in use during our stay and we noticed the bathing area as well as the locker area was not very well maintained.

The hotel’s garden with the rocking chairs is very cozy. The restaurant in the main building offers delicious and diverse dishes. The resort had a convenience store and a great gift shop, and the laundry worked perfectly.

When we entered the room, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell, which unfortunately did not completely go away. The bed linens were torn in several places and had been patched. In the room consisting of three areas, only the living room door could be opened; the window could not, and one of the rooms did not have a window at all.

The location, it has Hanlla san and sea views and also has a stream next to it. The landscape was absolutely great. We enjoyed the morning walk. It has a huge outdoor swimming pool, which seems amazing for summer. Jeju pork bbq restaurant has good quality meat and food. We stayed in the renovated room. Everything was very clean and tidy. They provide room cleaning service once every 2 days, meaning that u will get the cleaning service only if you stay over 3 nights. However, It wasn't a big problem for us!! Complementary mini bar has chocolates, cup noodles, and beers from Jeju island ! We loved it so much ! All the staff were helpful and attentive.

The bathroom was a little bit small. The second room has no A/C and windows. But it wasn't a big issue for us. We will still definitely choose this resort next time.

Beautiful setting around the resort, friendly staff everywhere, spacious rooms and comfy beds, etc. Kids were very happy with the pool, restaurant(Ashley Queens-buffet), arcade and convenience store in the building. We would love to return to the resort in the future.

We were happy with everything but only disappointed to know the pool was charged extra cost. You have to pay for a table with parasol or sun beds as there are four free benches in the corner.

The space was good for a family of 4. Liked that we could do our own laundry with the in house laundromat and they also provided a drying rack.

But the smaller room with 2 single beds had no aircon, making it so hot during summer The aircon in the living room couldn't reach the smaller room, the door had to be opened for ventilation as it had no window too. Would visit again but only during winter or cooler months.

The location was at sewkipo 서귀포 one of the famous place in jeju, the view was amazing was super clean has everything you need to stay They got a “ashley “ a famous buffet in case u want to have breakfast/brunch and dineer, they got a swimming pool and alot of activities! I was lucky to find this place and i will visit it again

Nothing! Everything was literally perfect. Maybe daily cleaning services? Since its resort they don’t have this service

we had a problem with our bedroom, and we were upgraded to a new bedroom which was beautiful. I can honestly say the stuff there was absolutely superb especially Mr CHEON Seunghyun . we couldn’t get a taxi for our dinner one evening, and he kindly drove us which was beyond his job requirement. On our last day. Our credit cards would not work to pay for the taxi, and one of the hotel reception paid for it himself, without allowing us to refund him when you’re traveling abroad and they don’t speak your language very well to have such extremely professional and kind service from the hotel really makes the stay some thing special .

Hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms at which point I think it would be perfect. If you were western traveling there just make sure you ask for a refurbished room.

Amazing view from the hotel beach, great breakfast and dinner, 24/7 convenience store in the hotel. Clean and comfortable room.

I can't say anything negative about the accommodation. Maybe only 1 thing: a little far from the center.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was recently renovated. The grounds were beautiful and great location. We liked that they had a convenience store and laundry on the property. Would definitely stay here again.
