It's very cozy. The room was spacious with a beatiful view. There is a minikitchen in your room and a public microwave on each floor, plus a public washing mahcine. The property has a pool. There is no swimming beach around, but the rocky shoreline is very scenic. Nice Seogendo Islet is a 15 min walk. Big Emart conviniece store is a 30 min walk, but it's uphill and the pedestrian route is not the best. It offers nice hiking routes around.

Even though the hotel suites best families traveling by car, I've enjoined staying solo and travelling on foot or public transport. Most of the time there is no one behind the reception desk, so organize your arrival in advance, they're very cooperative.

We were grateful that they were able to accomodate our late check in time at the last minute. Mountain view, within reach of convenience stores, it was a unique experience for us as we got to dine on the floor with a low table provided and sleep on futon beds. Price was affordable for 6 guests, overall satisfied with oceantree house😊👍

The view was phenomenal! It was the main reason why I chose this accommodation and it definitely did not disappoint. Room is very spacious with a kitchen (+ dishes and cutlery to use) and a balcony. It’s close to 2 convenience stores, some restaurants and bus stops. The host is also very nice and helpful (helped me get a taxi to the airport)! I would love to come back in the near future 😀🍊

I really enjoyed my stay at Oceantree House. It's great to travel around if you rent a car. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Nearby there is a supermarket and a convienience store, a gas station. We went to a great cafe for brunch one day which is just 5 min drive. From the room, you can see a nice view of an island in front of the balcony. It's amazing! I'd love to come back! Oceantree House has everything I needed!

easy check in & out. the guys in reception cannot speak eng but someone was put instruction in eng so i just read it. the location near to beach, cafe, convenient store & track for walking, cycling and see sunrise.

Quiet location with seaview. The kitchen was well-equipped with induction stove, microwave oven and a full size fridge. It is also a short distance drive from Emart Seogwipo. It is also a PADI dive center.

Jacuzzi seem a bit loud.

The host is friendly, a very nice person. As the location, it's near the ocean, so it will be better if you drive there. From the room, we can see the sea, and trees around the building, pretty chill!
