Amazing view from our room in the new building. The pool was nice and clean, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Staff were super friendly and spoke enough English to make things very easy for our stay. Food at the restaurant was great, bit pricey but nothing outrageous, prices you would normally expect only the food was actually delicious so we didn't mind paying. There is a small convenience store inside the hotel which we visited frequently for snacks. Indoor and 2 outdoor pools are awesome. Our room was serviced everyday, bathroom very spacious and room its self spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

There aren't many places to eat in walking distance, however if you have rented a car (which you should) then it's the perfect location away from everything to just relax and look at the beautiful views before setting off for a 10 minute drive to some great restaurants.

The location is a bit far off most of the sights. If you don't have a car this could be an issue to some extent. For me it was perfect (had no car) as I wanted to be far away from a city buzz and enjoy a quiet time in nature. The Olle hiking trail is right in front of the door, so if you're into hiking that's a great way to go around. Bus stops are in 15min walking distance and bring you pretty much through major parts of the island, including the airport. What really made the stay exceptional for me (probably not everyone's cup of tea) was the amazing gym. It's unlike any other regular hotel gym and was in its own small building (including a sea view). It could have easily been a small public gym in terms of arrangements and set up (see picture). Not everything was covered, but that's the case for 99% hotel gyms anyway.

I asked to extend my check out until 1pm, which wasn't granted despite low volume and me having stayed there more than the average guest. The fridge despite changing settings was extremely cold so my water was frozen.

Wish we had booked the annexe building as it looked more modern than the garden one. Was unclear when booking what the difference was but on arrival it was obvious which was the new and which was the old building. Our room was spacious and comfortable however there is no pool fence so we didn't feel safe with little kids being so close to the pool. All the pools were warm and lovely. We didn't use indoor one as swimming caps are mandatory?! There is also a cool sauna with hot and cold lounge pools but you have to go in naked (gender seperated). Location out of the way but we liked it as wanted a break from the city. Beautiful spot next to the Haenyeo school which was really cool and a tidal public pool also.

The car park in the garden room was quite far from the room due to the layout of the building and lots of mozzies in the afternoon. No laundry at hotel.

The staff, from reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping, were all incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming. The facilities were excellent: the jacuzzi was a real plus on bad weather days, the outdoor heated pool was lovely, and the gym was well-equipped. Everything was spotless. The hotel restaurant offered great value for money with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options, both Korean and Western dishes, as well as salads. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful view of the sea.

Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful stay.

Relaxed and down-to-earth hotel. I had one of the older rooms in the main building. The room was clean and very spacious, although the building definitely needs some renovation. Beds are comfortable and I slept really well. Somehow the room kept cool a long time without air-condition, which was great. Both pool areas are nice and the surroundings are well maintained. Although the hotel is directly at the seaside, there is no beach in walking distance. The view is incredible, though. The restaurant was surprisingly good and breakfast was decent as well.

Not a critique, but you will most likely need a car to get to the hotel and also to do sightseeing from the hotel. That probably is true for most of Jeju Island, though.

The room was big and clean, they always gave us free water, the swimming pool was clean and well maintained, the parking was easy to find and free. The restaurant of the hotel was really good and the people there were really nice. It was close to the sea so it was nice to take a walk close by

The breakfast was not really good and did not offer lots of variety. I booked at first the room at the 3rd floor but it was actually parking view. Later we moved to the first floor because we decided to stay an extra night and we were “in the parking” but we had curtains so it was ok. The rooms are not soundproof so early in the morning we heard everyone outside the room but mostly the hotel is really quiet and great per families

The hotel well maintained with amazing views of the sea coast from sea facing room. The room is spacious for 2 of us with 4 luggage. The small balcony is a bonus. The sauna (hot & cold pools) is clean & provides a good relaxing therapy after a whole day of exploring the island. Sufficient parking spaces available & fairly easy to find the location. The walking path along the coast was lined with beautiful flowers & very nice to walk during sunset time & early morning. There’s even a self serviced convenience store located on B1 of the annex building of this hotel.

Some counter staffs could be more friendly & helpful in answering our queries, especially the guys. The ladies receptionists were very friendly & helpful.

Great location for a relaxing holiday in Jeju. Away from the hustle around the airport, but still close enough to shops and restaurants on foot or by car if you've rented one (which I would recommend if you want to visit the island - free parking is available at the hotel). Our rooms had wonderful sea views, and were close enough to actually hear the waves at night! The heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi is a real bonus. The breakfast was quite varied for Asian and European tastes. We also had dinner at the hotel, with a choice of Korean or Western meals. Everything was good! The staff was quite friendly, and spoke good English for the most part. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighbourhood felt quite safe for evening walks along the beach. Overall this is a true gem of a hotel in Jeju. Would certainly recommend for a seaside getaway!

Absence of a laundry service, but this is a minor comment.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with beautiful sea views that made the stay very scenic and peaceful. The staff were also excellent — very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit.

I was quite disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We booked one of the most expensive rooms — a suite with a sea view — but the bathroom was not up to standard. It was sticky and constantly had an unpleasant smell, similar to urine, even after trying to use perfumes and sprays. This was unexpected for a suite at this price point. Breakfast was another letdown. The quality and variety were lacking, and overall it did not feel worth the cost. For the price we paid, I expected much better.

The views in the room, even at the beginning we didnt count on a room with views and we need to pay an extra for that whereas through Booking nothing was explained with this regards. The breakfast was quite good

The windows of the room were quite dirty, not only in our room but generally in the hotel, what was affecting to the overall cleaning perception. One of the night we were not able to have dinner at the restaurant which was neither explained in advanced to prepare another plan or compensated, and as was raining a lot an hotel was not closed to other restaurantes was quite uncomfortable The most of the employees didnt count on fluent English to make communication easy Therefore, even the hotel overall was nice, being an special moment for us due to our honey moon, I wouldnt repeat this hotel if I will return to Jeju in the future, as I cant point out any excepcional feature of it
