We liked all, starting from the kindness of all staff..the rooms are very comfortable and clean..we were also able to use the laundry paying just 1000 won for the detergent . I also really appreciate that I was able to try “original” Korean breakfast that I love

Maybe more choices for European breakfast will be good for those who doesn’t like Korean style breakfast

The location is great. 10-15 min walk to Jeonju Hanok Village, and a 5-10 min walk to the main shopping area of Jeonju. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are polite. friendly and helpful.

Nothing in particular. Got to take a taxi to the bus or train station but this is more of due to how the city layout is rather than the hotel

Clean room and toilet. Room slippers were provided though it was not mentioned while booking. The receptionists are very nice, accommodating and they speak English.

The deluxe twin room is not really as big & spacious as it looks in the advertised picture. The hotel only allocate1 bath towel for a twin-bed room. Had to keep on asking for the extra bath towel and the floor towel/ mat. On the night of 10Jun, the hotel's boiler burst and there was no water supply hence, we couldn't shower nor use the toilet. A number of guests checked out with refund, but we opted to stay hoping the boiler would be fixed sooner and we negotiated for a good supply of bottled water for the night which they did. After the incident, the dryer kept on tripping so we had to wait while using it. Microwave oven on Floor #2 not working throughout our stay.

We booked a Deluxe Family Room with two beds. It was very comfortable, with a sofa like bench at the window. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in the underground car park.

A second luggage rack would be nice, particularly because there is enough space for one.

Free laundry both washer and dryer. When you have been travelling for awhile this is a godsend. Staff were pleasant Convenience store across the road Room was clean and in good condition

Small rooms, tiny bathrooms that were very cramped and hot. Difficult to find as its on a one way street, parking area not well signposted. Not a lot of restaurants in close proximity. You have to walk about 4-6 blocks to find restaurants and shopping

Location is good to access different types of restaurants. The rooms were clean and upkept every day. Breatfast wrere excellent. Staff were nice and helpful.

Minor issues are no clothes hooks in shower/toilet room, and the room light was not sufficient.

A good and comfortable stay in this hotel in Jeonju within walking distance to Hanok Village. Quiet at night. Staff is friendly, English speaking and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet. They have a carpark for guests which I did not use. Inexpensive taxi ride to bus or train station.

Nice and helpful staff. Food available on site. Not too far from tourist attractions for walking and bus. Restaurant on site for breakfast. Able to leave bags while not checked in.

Area not particularly close to external food options.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was very clean and pretty, and there was a great breakfast that we enjoyed almost every day. We could walk to most of the tourist stuff and it was a pretty walk. There’s a bonus shopping area a couple blocks away that we went to several times too.
