This is a beautiful resort tucked away in the mountains. The lobby and community areas are very modern and beautiful. Although the rooms need a bit of an update, they are still comfortable enough to make it work as a stay. The views surrounding the resort are breathtaking. The suites are comfortable for larger groups. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

The couch in the living room of our suite was small and uncomfortable. They should try to renovate and update some of their rooms to match the beauty of the lobby and open public spaces. The water park area only had half of its areas open (because of it being winter), but they were still charging full price (50,000 won) to go inside. My friends only wanted to sit in a jacuzzi for a little bit to unwind, but we couldn't justify paying that price just for a hot tub. So that was pretty disappointing.

They have various facilities in the property such as golf course, water park, family restaurants, convenient stores and other event stores. We also like their gardening work. We enjoyed small kitchen to cook for breakfast.

Sono Bell, the building of the property where we stayed was built 30 years ago. They renewed the building this year but still looks old fashioned. They do not have enough parking lots for the guests when rooms are fully booked.

the location was great! extremely beautiful. we also got one of the more expensive rooms which is why it was great. Breakfast was also good. if they had a shuttle service to the city it would be amazing.

i didnt like that they gave us only one bath towel for each bathroom. otherwise no complains at all. the staff was great and the view was great. overall an amazing experience

The overlook of the mountains (Ulsanbawi) from our Room was breathtaking. The resort was extremely quiet. The heated hardwood floors were great value. Also, the natural mineral bath water was an added value to our stay. Our room was very spacious. The Resort was about 15 minutes away from Seoraksan Cable Car ride which provided a breathtaking view of Sokcho.

Although the room was very spacious, the only bad mark I would give the hotel is that there were cracks in around the sink area and mold building up in the bathtub area.

I highly appreciate the kind staff's consideration for giving me a good room when I checked in. The location is a natural setting that cannot be found in any other resort.

Fantastic hotel and facilities, it really is like a village. Beautiful scenery all around, mountains on one side and sea on the other, in addition a fantastic looking golf course as part of the hotel... Stunning

The waterpark was nice but a little bit too expensive

Location was quite nice with the golf course and close to Sokcho and the beach.

We thought it was closer to seoraksan park entrance or actually in the park. We didn’t realize you still had to drive 15 minutes but it was ok. The rooms were a bit outdated but comfortable.

the smell inside the bathroom and the noise of the wind. to get a room with a view you need to arrive very early to get a digital code and return back at 12pm to get your room located and if the room is not free you have to return back at 3pm. additional cost is required for a room with a view but its worth it. we were luck to have our room ready at 12pm. the overall experience was good

It was beautiful outside and the grounds were imaculate.

Parking was horrible and difficult.

I got the ocean and city view and it was as nice as the other. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The central heating system was inconvenient, little bit cold during night time, but i couldn’t do anything. I wish they provide some coffee and tea inside the room.
