I visit Korea every year and take my father, who is over 90 and lives in Korea, to Sono Felice. He was able to relax comfortably in a room with the view he loves. The hot spring bath with a view of Ulsanbawi is truly special — it’s the perfect place for my parents to relax and enjoy themselves. We are especially grateful to Manager Junho Lee, who kindly assisted us throughout our stay. Thanks to him, this trip was even more comfortable and memorable.

My only complaint is the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was not tasty and the receptionist for the buffet was so rude. Although I paid a lot more as a package than their actual breakfast only price, they blamed me that i didn’t make a reservation and asked me to go back to my room and come back after almost 2 hours.

Clean and spacious for family and/or big groups travelling together. The jacuzzi in the room was great and the room was nicely decorated with modern interior design.

Staff weren’t very friendly nor helpful. The reception said housekeeping was done daily but no one came to clean our room until checkout. The same person also promised to send someone to bring large towels but they only brought small hand towels. There are several activities you can do on site but none are included in the room fare. The coffee shop was closed for most of our stay and we only had a glimpse of it on our last day as we check out. There was a long queue for the coffee shop and we thought the menu was largely overpriced.

3 bed 3 bath is a rare configuration to find in Korea, and as a big family of 8 traveling, it offered large living space with open concept kitchen to enjoy as a family. View was excellent overlooking golf course and east sea. 울산바위 view from Infinity pool was magnificent.

1. Korean style futons (요) was way too thin, you needed 2 to make somewhat descent bed. We asked for a couple more futons, but it was additional ₩25,000 per set per night. I wonder if any of the staff slept on these futons to see if they are adequate quality for anyone to sleep. 2. There were 8 face towels, but only 3 bath towels. With the money they are charging, surely, they could have offered more bath towels per person as well. 3. Kitchen supplies were inadequate in many things for instance, 1 mug per person, no glass. 4. Infinity pool hour was ridiculous: 10am- 6pm. The sun comes up at 5am and sets at 8pm. Surely, they can run it from 7 to 7 during summer. Loose the life guard and leave a sign saying you're at your own risk. Sell your best feature better, and don't make your guests feel short changed. 5. Air-conditioning in the building and air circulation was not working well. Corridors and some floors felt very stuffy. Due to their fantastic location and view, I might give another shot in the future, but they need to step up to compete with other big name that are popping up in the region.

I travelled with my parents and sister. The 3 en-suite room accommodation was spacious, offering a great balance between privacy and family time.

- The service and attitude of the receptionist and the staff at the infinity pool were disappointing. We arrived about 1.5 hours before closing time, but they kept reminding us to leave from around 45 minutes before closing. - We were also told off for not wearing beach shoes, even though the shoes made the pool floor so slippery we couldn’t stand properly. I was told I must wear them because the floor could be hot or have twigs if it’s windy — but I’m in my 50s and know when to wear shoes to avoid burning my feet! There was no wind at the time either. - The coffee shop and bakery had limited stock, and I found the convenience store prices unreasonably expensive. - I assumed it was a standard hotel when booking, but later realised guests are expected to clean the room before leaving, including sorting recycling. I wish this had been made clearer in the Booking.com description.
