Clean and large. The bath was giant! I really liked the bathroom. The TV was large and the bed was fluffy and comfy.

You can’t choose which style of room you get. I was hoping for a beautifully styled room but we got a plain black and white room. It was so boring compared to other pictures.

Great location for Cheongnyangni train station, a 2 minute walk. Room came with a bath and the bed was comfortable.

My room wasn’t the cleanest. There was something splattered up the shelf and there was a couple of hairs in the bed but it was clean other than that. Staff struggled with English at the front desk and was asleep at the desk when I checked out the next morning. Also, bags are just left in the lobby, not a private room if you need to leave them.

Staff is friendly, room is comfortable, location next to Cheongnyangni station is unmatched. Quite good value for money. The Russian speaking cleaning staff is a plus if you speak the language.

The open kitchen could have a few more options, even if just for breakfast. Can be a bit confusing if you don't speak Korean.

Breakfast was good. They also served and opened early.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, fresh water bottles in the fridge daily.

The deluxe double was not as deluxe as I expected. No comfy chair to sit on, just two hard chairs or the bed.

the bed linens are really nice and clean. hotel is near the train station.

we had to ask for bath towels almost everyday for the week we stayed- there are 3 of us in the family room but only 1 or 2 bath towels given, and 3 small HAND towels 😞. there is no towel rack/bar/hook in the bathroom or in the bedroom.

The staff were kind. The location is perfect to get public transpotation
