Parking is an underground automated parking, the staff will help you park and get your car when needed. You can check in and check out using a kiosk on the 1st floor or talk to the staff on the second floor in case of any problems. The room (702) was still faintly smelling of paint and wood, that's how new this place is. Looks modern and fresh. They provide robes, amenities, and bottled water. There is a hair dryer and a kettle (but no tea or coffee). There's AC and air purifier here. If you wanna use Netflix, you have to log into your own account. The app is installed, but the hotel doesn't have their own subscription. Liked the tatami and small table in front of the TV and the toilet being outside of the bathroom. The drain in the sink and bathtub was a bit slow, probably the plumbing.

Having the TV wall mounted but not able to turn it so you can lay on bed to watch it is a missed opportunity. Also, I didn't like how the small space (where the emergency exit is) lights up alongside the bathroom light. We kept waking each other up during the night, because the light illuminated the whole space.

Location! A few steps from Sinchon station. The room was in a high floor, was quiet, spacious and very clean. Complementary water was a nice surprise. Complementary toiletries are standard in Asia as well as in this hotel. Cleaning was done upon demand. Staff service was prompt, they addressed every request with professionalism and intent. Thank you for that!

The light switch is located in one place for the whole suite and not always comfortable. The mattress was harder than what I'm used to. There's no cabinet for storing clothes, not critical for short stays. The room can't be 100 percent dark because the screen is half transparent in the side facing the sun. Mini bar is not kept cold when leaving the suit and taking the card because the AC of the whole suite is switched off.

The location is everything for this property. It sets you super close to the night life of Sinchon but also to the subway line 2 and all bus routes. In addition the staff were friendly and helpful.

The amenities were a little funky, there was nowhere to put your clothes besides a very small and open closet. Also the mini fridge would continuously trip the breaker but it kept things cool for the most part.
