Hostess is at the front desk until 11:30 p.m. She was very helpful in arranging a taxi for early in the morning, answering question about the internet access and how to turn in our door key cards in the a.m.

Everything was just fine. No complaints. The beds were comfy. We used the microwave and dishes. We used the dish soap to clean up. We appreciated the free shampoo and bath gel, the two, comfortable pillows on each bed, the table and chairs and the selection of covers and blankets. There was bright lighting in the room. The only complaint is that someone in the room upstairs made a lot of noise moving furniture around and we left too early in the morning to enjoy the breakfast.

This stay was perfect from the vert first moment! Our room was ready on arrival, and we were very suprised by how clean and compact the room was - it had everything we needed for our stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, it connects to the A4 bus line just down the road, meaning we could go both to the airport and to the city center on the same line. Super convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a bath. The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets if needed. It had a small dining table, and a decent sized closet! The sound isolation was great - the property is located on the main road, but when you closed the windows you couldnt hear the road at all. The property is also just a 2minute from alcampo to buy groceries, and a 2 minute walk either direction to a bus stop! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us great information and were always happy to help. We only stayed for a short while but will only come back to this apartment when we return to A Coruna. All in all, it made our trip even better because we were super comfortable after a long day of travelling coming back to an apartment that had everything we needed.

Everything was SUPER. Will return next year at the same time! Hopefully for longer, it was super comfortable.

The staff impecable. She explained everything very clearly. The room was tidy and comfortable, we could use a parking lot and it was great. And it also offers washing and drying machines, you only have to take your own detergent. Lastly, there’s a big supermarket 5 minutes walking.

The location is good if you plan to grab the car and go to different places. The apartment is directly on the route which makes it easier to travel. It is not from a walking distance to A Coruña or similar.

We arrived in the Apartment early in the morning around 7 AM and we were told checking in is allowed only at 16 hours. But on request they have arranged and allowed us to move in within an hour of reaching there. After a long and exhausted travel, we were in great need of moving into the apartment which was made available for us. That was really great for us. We liked it and thanks a lot for letting us move in early when we were really in need of it.

Well, may be we did not find anything which we did not like it. We liked everything. The people were helpful. informative and co-operative to all of us. That was great.

The help and assistance to getting cabs and helping me with the stove top coffee pot and as well with my bag on arrival as I had 3 flights to climb!

The 3 flights of stairs especially if yu have grocery bags or need to bring a suitcase down for the early departure .

very well equipped kitchen, we had an attic with an excellent view, everything was very clean, the staff was always very good, washing machine and dryer available

The bathroom a bit small for a tall person and not well designed but it does its job and didn't have any issue with it

I wrongly entered the booking details as 1 person which should actually be 2 persons. The hotel charged me extra for the change to 2 persons, but later refunded fully the additional charge to me upon my representations to them. I appreciate it very much.

Nice big room, clean, close to buses into A Coruna and to the airport and the staff were lovely.

The booking said there was a coffee machine in the room but there wasn’t and we had to ask reception for a kettle.

Staff ,very helpful and friendly. clean with great facilities.
