The location is off the city but connected with a major mall with IKEA and Mercadona nearby. There are tons of fast food and restaurants option. Room is spacious and windows are big. Shower water pressure is great and water tempreture is easy to adjust. Bed is on soft side which I like. Two beds room choice is much better choices ince the beds are bigger and room is simply more space.

Hotel only gives one long pillow per bed, but the pillow is old and flat. It offers no comfort! I did ask for two more pillows but sill not ideal. The breakfast is very Spanish and not standard for a four star hotel. Lack of hot items and no vegetables at all. Too many sweets for a breakfast. It did have a few choices of cut fruits which I like. If you ask for an omelette, they will make one in the back, but not offering to everyone and they seem don't want guests to know. My husband and I both got horrible mosquito bites one night but we had to leave windows open since there's no AC. I wish hotel can provide mosquito repellent in the room. Shower tub is super high and it feels dangerous to get in.

Parking in a Caruna is a nightmare. We stayed at this hotel which is a little outside the tourist area because of the quality, price, and TONS OF FREE PARKING. That strategy worked out even better than we thought. The hotel is 20 meters for the bus line that takes you downtown and all the way to Hercules tower. Cost 1 euro each way and It was PERFECT. Besides that, we took a break from visiting historic sites and spend some time in the attached mall -- a much needed break. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel and this strategy for visiting a Coruna.

Nothing about the hotel and strategy we used, it was perfect. The City of A Coruna was a bit dirtier than we thought, we will probably skip A coruna on our next trip.

Very comfortable room, we reserved double but received big suite for 4 persons :) all you would expect from 4* in Europe. Far from old town but there is a bus 11 which takes you almost to Hercules Tower in like 30-40 minutes, from the bus stop outside the hotel. Great place to stay.

It was a bit complicated to get to the right parking lot, it is in the end of blue area (dolphin), spots marked in black, if busy, you can park anywhere in the blue zone. Besides there is no entrance from the shopping centre, you have to find the entrance outside the building. Far from city centre.

The hotel is very good if you have a car as it is located in a shopping centre area and the shopping parking place has designated parking places for the hotel. You have direct access from the park to the hotel using a direct elevator. It is a typical business hotel with confortable good size rooms and served by friendly personnel. The breakfast is very good and the room has very good bed and clean and confortable toilet. Note: The location is not at the centre of the city. This hotel is just convenient if you have a car and like to drive to the city.

The view of the room is to an ugly terrace and there was some smell that I believe is coming from a near by refinery.

The parking was easy and perfect; I walk with a stick and the access was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and cushions. It was quiet and perfect for what we needed.

A chair with a back in our room was the only thing missing. (There was a stool). There were places to sit around the hotel, so this wasn't a disaster. We booked the most basic room, so I hadn't expected a seating area.

An international hotel located inside a shopping mall.

Parking and entrance to the hotel is definitely difficult to find given the size of the mall and multi-story parking lot. A better communication on where to look for reserved spaces would help first-time visitors. The wifi does not work at all from the room, only from the areas near the elevators.

I liked how the rooms were very clean and spacious, also that there is a gym in the hotel. It was also very nice that the shopping center was nearby.

The location was a little bit far from the city center so it took a bit to go back and forth.

Everything was excellent! A special receptionist, with a welcome that rarely happens with a smile on your face, parking, breakfast, a cool room!

Got what we wanted at this hotel - easy parking in the shopping centre car park underneath and lots of retail and a food courtyard to visit. Cheap taxi ride into central Corunna. Comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

Not sure the staff liked us much - we decided weren't "their sort of guests" - wearing shorts and being English were killer ingredients for the sniffy staff. Really a business hotel; not intended by the staff for tourists. The owners, presumably, happy to take our money.

Room, bed and location were great. Good value for money and the staff were super friendly.

This hotel could do with a gym improvement. The 'gym' is not really a gym but a small room with a couple of machines in it.
