The layout and style of the hotel are amazing. The views over the mountains and the sea are also amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly and are willing to go to every effort to help assist you with any queries you have. The restaurant and bar facilities are perfect for those evenings you just want to chill at the hotel. The pool is again perfect if you fancy a luzy day of chilling. It is a bit of a walk to the town, and there is a hill whichever way you go, but its worth it as the location is peaceful and quite, but still only 20 mins walk to the strip.

I like everything about the place. I think they have an excellent set up. Can't recommend the place enough.

The room was great very clean, large and a great outside private pool & sun area for relaxing with great views. The hotel food was great both breakfast and in the roof top bistro. The 5 star restaurants opposite the hotel offered a choice of great food and service that linked well with hotel. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location as it was quite and next to the sports complex to play tennis and the walks down to the beach and into the town.

Nothing couldn't fault the hotel in every area from the minute we arrived.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in absolutely spotless our suite was great had own private pool and hot tub very spacious and had everything we needed. Cleaned everyday and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Looked forward to the breakfast every morning had so much to choose from and was delicious. Also would definitely recommend having a facial or a massage ladies are so nice and really take time out with you and treatments were great.

Nothing not to like about this hotel but it’s on a hill and walk up to it is a bit steep but you can get taxis from the hotel no problem and they offer taxis vouchers each day from 9 till 5 to the beach.

We had a lovely room fantastic view. Huge balcony with jacuzzi. Sands 104 would recommend it if you don’t want to pay extra for your own plunge pool. Bedroom bathroom & kitchen/living room. Very quiet

The only big problem is the long walk to nearest shops & restaurants. There is a taxi service 9-5 takes you to the Plaza del Duque shops. In the evening you have to walk down & back which is a long road uphill! There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel (which we didn’t try as we didn’t really fancy the menus) and a bar with meals - not bad for lunch - the club sandwich was delicious but the nachos were not nice. Breakfast was average. Rooms were only cleaned once a day so if you’d showered in the morning you had use your wet towel later or remember to put them outside to dry. The pool towels weren’t changed at all during our stay.

Room was excellent and very spacious. Hotel was beautiful and lovely views.

i feel there was not enough sun beds at the pool. one or two days we could not get one. No towels at the pool on the third floor so had to continuously go down to the second floor to get them. Also when we booked we thought we had free access to the activate gym but when we arrived we realised we had to pay for the padel courts and rackets. Maybe just mention this on the website.

Clean, modern, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly team, high standards everywhere. Quiet apartment. Great neighbourhood.

We knew this before we arrived but it is a walk back up the hill from the beach so we got taxis which were easy to find. Plenty of taxi ranks and never waited for more than a few minutes. Spa treatments very expensive. Not enough sun loungers but we made it work.

We pretty much loved everything about the property. The room was lovely and spacious and clean, staff were very friendly. Our kids loved the kids club and asked to go everyday. We enjoyed the Karbon restaurant and the cocktail bar too. Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and the breakfast boxes had so much in them we kept the rest for lunch.

There was nothing we “didn’t like”. The only two minor things that would have scored this a 10 on our stay were 1) the hot food at breakfast wasn’t always hot 2) if kids club were able to take kids under 4 that would have been great (not a fault of the hotel, we did know it was 4+ when we booked)!

The beautiful view, the spacious suites and balconies, the staff, the gym/padel tennis, the food, the breakfast boxes delivered to your room so you can enjoy breakfast outside in privacy and enjoy the view, the cleanliness, the rooms being equipped with pretty much everything. It is truly beautiful and staff are incredible.

The pool is far too cold. I didn't use it once, which is a big part of my holiday as I adore swimming. Apparently, it is 26 degrees, but it is baltic.

The hotel is really nice, great aesthetics, modern minimal decor and very instagramable. Really friendly/helpful staff generally and great services and facilities included I.e. gym, tennis courts, and hot continental breakfast.

The only downfalls are 1) the shower, it's weak when more than one person uses the bathroom facilities in the apartment, and the water doesn't get very hot. 2) the unsolicited stares and side-eyes from some hotel residents and dining staff members we were only black people staying in the hotel). However, this did not phase us, and I would still recommend this as a great place to stay.

We had the suite for 6 people - 2 adults and 4 kids. The upstairs and downstair design (top floor) gave us 3,500 ft2 space - so much space that we never managed to use every corner of the accommodation. The view onto the Adeje, the mountains and the sea was magnificent from anywhere in the unit. For a superior family experience, it is the best we have ever had.

The private pool was supposed to be 'heated'. They could not get it fixed during our stay. However, the facilities were so good that it did not matter that much.
