Nice reception area and bar, quiet room, very clean, space for dog bed, could take our (big) dog into the bar/restaurant and for breakfast. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Really good value for money. Free secure parking. Walking distance to every chain takeaway you can think of :)

Would have liked a kettle in the room. The room was HOT when we arrived (in December) but you can't use A/C for cooling in winter, only for heating! The window only opens a tad, and it's recommended to keep it shut because of insects. We kept it open and sods law I got a bite! Also, not exactly a downside as I picked it for being on the south side of Valencia just off a major road (great for driving south the next day), but it is in the middle of an industrial/out of town shopping centre and so feels pretty remote (and we stayed on a Sunday so it was completely deserted!)

Great location and warm welcome. Large comfortable room with amazing pod style bathroom, shower. Dog friendly. Restaurant and bar area are lovely and very convenient. There are also plenty of fast food and chain restaurants within walkable distance. Location just off the motorway.

Would like to see a table inside for eating that is dog friendly. The terrace outside was lovely for breakfast, but the only available inside space does not include dining table, just seating with coffee table and only 2 which everyone uses so difficult if you have a dog and want to eat indoors.

Location. Easy access in and out of hotel. Situated next to large shopping centre, lots of restaurants etc. Check in receptionist was extra helpful with mix up on dates. Dog friendly with even an area to have breakfast with our pet a bonus. Room was spotless with extra comfy big bed.

I never understood why a kettle is not provided. With over 100 TV channels, an international English speaking news channel would be ideal. Very minor points.

They clean your room without asking them daily like other hotels, you should just left the note outside your door and you are fine. The location was good I came with my own car and in 10min you could be anywhere in the city. The hotel is quite and you hear nearly nothing. I stayed for 7 days with my wife, we really had great time their. The staff is super friendly and always with a smile.

You have to park your car like perfectly and then prey that no one give it the valencia kiss, I did get it in their parking but I noticed it when I got back home sadly this could happen to anyone and they just ignore it, wich is bit frustrating.

Great value for money. Our second visit in two years and this will now be our overnight stop on our annual journey to Andalusia from France.

There was absolutely nothing !

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was unusual for us as we'd never checked in to a hotel at the bar! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast buffet was tasty, and we certainly enjoyed drinks on the breezy patio! We especially enjoyed the free parking spot that was not on the street!

The room and the bathroom were both tiny (based on US standards); however, it was clean and comfortable. We got our education on using a key card to turn the power on in the room! For US visitors, this is novel and we had to call and ask how to get the lights, etc. turned on! Now we know!

The hotel is OK for a short stay, we were there 2 nights. By taxi, it is only 15min far from the city center. Alfafar has also a train station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The breakfast could be better.

This place is very close to the center of Valencia! During the day you will get a taxi for about 10-12 euros! It's very cheap. Generally by car IT is very close! Next to it there is a shopping center with all the most important boutiques, a beauty drugstore, a nail studio, cafes, a great Japanese restaurant, there is also a Carrefour, Lidl .....and! A great pet shop ( tienda animal) - if someone travels with a dog like me:) The rooms are very well soundproofed. Everything is fresh and newly decoreted.

This hotel is Perfect! Very stylish place . I Like the restaurant and the atmosphere it Has. I know many ibis hotels, this one is by far the best. Hotel service is great! They are all very nice! They know foreign languages! They are very patient and helpful. I will come back there for sure!

Patricia who is assigned to the check/ in counter is the I have ever met in all of our travels. She is professional and quite helpful. She maintains a calm composure while dealing with clients regardless of the situation, whether person-to-person conversations or speaking to a client on the phone. Kudos to her. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.

The hotel is undergoing substantial renovation after being hit by DANA. From the first level up, you won't notice anything. The hotel offers a 20% discount and complementary breakfast drink and bread during the renovation period.
