Very modern and striking decor.parking was easy outside the main entrance.Checking in was efficient & quick.Very pleasant receptionist,explaining everything we needed to know.Our room was on the top floor,easily reached by lift.The number of each room was on the door but as the corridor to the rooms was very dark it was not easy to read the number.Room very modern and striking.We had a very good lunch,well priced.Beds were comfortable and shower hot.Breakfast was very good.

A little more lighting would help older customers.

I used the hotel for a wedding. Probably the best hotel around. Only 10 minutes walk to the town center which is quite lively with a lot of bars. It is right next to the highway, very easy approach and plenty of space to park near the hotel but also it has its own closed parking with a decent fee. The hotel boasts with modern look and some modern design elements. Some may create problems but overall a nice stay.

Some of the things in the room were not working well. For example the safe box, I couldn't operate. I had to change room because the shower tap was not working as it has some distinctive designer taps which was going wrong. It has motorised shades and window panes some may not operate. Didn't affect my stay much.

Very nice new hotel at N end of town - not at all what I expected to find in Almansa. Clean and comfortable, good wifi. Good meal in restaurant. Receptionist very helpful, lending me a phone charger as mine had stopped working. Very reasonably priced for this standard of accommodation. Small supermarket at service station at top of road.

Some rather quirky designs in the room: no bedside light; shower control outside the shower; bathroom mirror turned out to be transparent, so you can see in from outside. But these are quite minor issues.

Reception were very helpful with my general enquiries and taxi bookings. The hotel is a short walking distance from the train and bus stations, the impressive Almansa Castle and a beautiful park Jardine de los reyes catalotica. Numerous amounts of restaurants to choose from within a short walk also.

I'm used to having a kettle and iron available in my room so not being able to have a late evening drink without having to go to the restaraunt was inconvenient for me as was the requested charge of 3 euros per garment for ironing. I was also disappointed that the spa was not in use.

Staff were nice, good paying parking, big room, nice bath tub, and a general godd design in all the hotel spaces, also a good terrace in the ground floor near the road.

The windows had some shades which didn't open, it was not in our room, but several rooms, the mechanism was old and not very effective, this made the room darker than it should. The price, for the city it is, and even there is not in the centre, I think the price was high comparing to the other places we stayed. Breakdfast also price is high.

Staff in the restaurant were great and good value for money , underground car parking easy and plenty of space, reasonable but spaces outside nearby, overall quite pleased and would stay again.

Junior suite ok but had a little difficulty getting daylight due to the outside heavy metal shutters needing wedging but once worked out was OK No shower gel in the dispenser - minor point but too late when your in the shower,

Nice hotel Directly on the main road, so easily accessible. Parking in front of the door. With massage studio. Room is quite spacious. Neatly furnished. Large bathroom with pleasantly wide bath.

The beds were not completely fresh. I had a stained pillow, but I put it aside. Finishing of the room was ok, although there was some damage to the room. Lamps broken etc.

The hotel is modern, the room spacious and well designed. The restaurant is very pleasant and the evening meal was good.

The shower in the bath needed a non-slip mat. I booked this hotel as I had read somewhere, (not on Booking.com), that the hotel had facilities for charging electric cars - it didn't. However, the staff were sympathetic and allowed me to charge overnight from the ordinary electric supply.

Easy to get to from the motorway, and just 5 minutes walk into town. Nice size room. Easy to park outside on the street

Breakfast choice was quite disappointing, especially the lack of fresh of fruit.

Rooms modern and clean, fridge, aircon, location, nice bar area and restaurant. Very nice breakfast.

Breakfast area slow to clear tables, I think lack of staff left people waiting to be seated. TV in bedroom needs to be more international, e.g, not able to switch films to English speak.
