I definitely recommend it, but you have to take into account the reviews, some reflect reality. Anyway, it's worth it for the money paid.

If you are not a fish eater, it is a bit difficult to find something to eat on some days. Also, although everything is clean, there is a problem with cockroaches

The restaurant's work and the quality of the food are excellent. We had all kinds of seafood, and there was a wide variety of desserts, meat, fish, and vegetables. The staff works flawlessly—fast and efficiently. The bungalows are clean; ours had been recently renovated. The cleaning staff came every other day, changing even the bed linen. The work of the entire staff is outstanding. The hotel's security is also good. The bar operates efficiently, quickly, and with high quality. We all understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but for a three-star hotel, everything is maintained at a high level. The hotel is not very far from the ocean—just a 15-minute walk. The location is quite nice, with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, and there’s a supermarket nearby for convenience. Additionally, there’s a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, with buses heading to the airport and other towns on Fuerteventura.

As for drawbacks, in our opinion, the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people in the neighboring bungalow. Planes fly overhead on their way to the airport, but thankfully, they only operate from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The internet is very weak and requires constant reconnections.

A hotel/resort with a lot of potential, but one that could be improved (I’ll point out the negatives below). The rooms are located in small cottages with private porches and are very well equipped. Very comfortable and excellent for families. There are three areas with large pools and functional bars offering food and drinks. The buffet is very good and varied at every meal. We really enjoyed it! The staff are also all very helpful and friendly.

I don’t know if it was because it’s still the “low season,” but there were very few staff ensuring the cleanliness of the areas around the pools. Everything was filthy in the sun lounger area. There were plastic cups and plates everywhere, napkins and guests' trash inside the pools, spilled drinks all over — it was truly disgusting. The guests have absolutely no respect for anyone. There are trash bins all over the hotel, so there’s no excuse for this behavior. In this regard, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but I suggest they start charging for cups that aren’t returned to avoid these situations.
The hotel is not very close to the beach. We definitely recommend renting a car. As for the evening entertainment for children, it’s very weak. The entertainers don’t do anything with the kids.

We had some problems but they were easily resolved by the management and the outcome even exceeded our expectations. We wanted to relax and we fully recharged our batteries by sunbathing, eating Spanish food and traditional English breakfast (which was cooked as an option every morning) , drinking Spanish Sangria and attending Sangria master class, swimming in a heated swimming pool and in the ocean, walking a few kilometers along the beach and ending the day with a lovely meal (with a varieaty of cheese and grapes or pear jam with white/red wine for a desert) followed by entertainment party.

I would suggest to reduce using frozen vegetables and processed food for cooking/baking.

The Front desk, service mined and very helpful staff. The Swimming pool on the Top of the Resort was great, even the All inclusive Bar service was excellent, The lovely staff in the Restaurant, Give them a Smile, then you have friends for ever, show them friendly Smile, they will always take care of you, we falling in love to this Resort, we upgrade us to a Beautiful Bungalow with Sea views, the Bungalow was very close to the best Swimming pools on the Resort. Named Spalsh Pool. Lot's of Space, even a security bay watch at the pool. I will definitely Go back, Fuerteventura, Rent a car, driving around on this lovely volcano island.

The All Inclusive aspect of our booking was superb. Hassle free service throughout our stay. We arrived very early on our first day and while we couldn’t check in early, we were given our bands and our bags were kept safe so we had full use of the facilities for the day anyway, this was also the case on our last day which really added to our stay. Pool had plenty of sunbeds so no early morning dash to get one. Amazing healthy options at meal times and very well organised, no waiting even though the resort was full.

Nothing to say here, weather was cloudy for a few of our days but can’t blame the hotel for this!!

3 pools so plenty of options. Restaurant was big and clean near block B. Room was clean, air conditioning was great! Staff very friendly and entertainment well run. This was good value for money in my opinion. Beach was a short walk away and it was very close to the airport.

Some paintwork needed here and I would recommend that the plastic cups for the pool not to be put in the bins by the pool, I could see that people also put rubbish in there and they smell in the heat. There must be another option…. The drinks station in the pool bar C needs to be redone because it smells bad.

Swimming pools, restaurant

I really enjoyed the spacious room and especially the comfortable bed — it made for a good night's sleep every day. The pool areas were nice for relaxing during the day, and the location made it easy to get around or walk into town. The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially the man at reception who helped us with checkout — super friendly and professional. For the price, it’s definitely great value — you get a lot for what you pay. A good option for travelers looking to save money but still have a comfortable stay.

We found a few things that could definitely be improved. There were cockroaches in the room — one at first, and two more after moving some furniture. It seems to be a common issue in Fuerteventura, but still not pleasant. Breakfast was hit or miss — sometimes rashers were undercooked and a few dishes were cold. Also, the speakers during the evening shows seemed either damaged or just way too loud, making the sound distorted and unpleasant. With a bit of attention to these details, the experience could be much better.
