Location and large pool area.

Evening Entertainment Area, plastic and paper cups at night, lunch and dinner very repetitive.

The restaurant's work and the quality of the food are excellent. We had all kinds of seafood, and there was a wide variety of desserts, meat, fish, and vegetables. The staff works flawlessly—fast and efficiently. The bungalows are clean; ours had been recently renovated. The cleaning staff came every other day, changing even the bed linen. The work of the entire staff is outstanding. The hotel's security is also good. The bar operates efficiently, quickly, and with high quality. We all understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but for a three-star hotel, everything is maintained at a high level. The hotel is not very far from the ocean—just a 15-minute walk. The location is quite nice, with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, and there’s a supermarket nearby for convenience. Additionally, there’s a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, with buses heading to the airport and other towns on Fuerteventura.

As for drawbacks, in our opinion, the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people in the neighboring bungalow. Planes fly overhead on their way to the airport, but thankfully, they only operate from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The internet is very weak and requires constant reconnections.

We had some problems but they were easily resolved by the management and the outcome even exceeded our expectations. We wanted to relax and we fully recharged our batteries by sunbathing, eating Spanish food and traditional English breakfast (which was cooked as an option every morning) , drinking Spanish Sangria and attending Sangria master class, swimming in a heated swimming pool and in the ocean, walking a few kilometers along the beach and ending the day with a lovely meal (with a varieaty of cheese and grapes or pear jam with white/red wine for a desert) followed by entertainment party.

I would suggest to reduce using frozen vegetables and processed food for cooking/baking.

The Front desk, service mined and very helpful staff. The Swimming pool on the Top of the Resort was great, even the All inclusive Bar service was excellent, The lovely staff in the Restaurant, Give them a Smile, then you have friends for ever, show them friendly Smile, they will always take care of you, we falling in love to this Resort, we upgrade us to a Beautiful Bungalow with Sea views, the Bungalow was very close to the best Swimming pools on the Resort. Named Spalsh Pool. Lot's of Space, even a security bay watch at the pool. I will definitely Go back, Fuerteventura, Rent a car, driving around on this lovely volcano island.

Breakfast and lunch excellent! Evening meal we went out most nights! On Christmas Day they went the extra mile making it special for guests and provided an excellent Christmas Day dinner complete with bubbles and table decorations! The restaurant staff were fantastic so helpful pleasant and hard working! The facilities if you have a later flight were fabulous with showers, storage and lock boxes! Pools were fresh but the kids didn’t care Overall a fantastic stay at a fantastic place! Loved it here and will definitely come back!

Bar staff at the pool with slides were a bit moody and not as approachable as others!

FOOD GOOD PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM

The restaurant offers a good choice of freshly prepared food with healthy options. We stayed in a bungalow with a lovely view of the sea in the distance. It was fairly modern and had everything we needed. The whole complex and resort is very accessible for wheelchair users. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. There's a choice of 3 pool areas with quiet areas and busier areas for family's. Kids facilities are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. Evening entertainment wasn't great for couples - it's more geared towards families. I didn't notice any signs giving food allergy information in the restaurant and snack bars.

Good value for money. 10-15 minute walk to main shops/bars/restaurants. Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch - tasty. Didn’t have dinner as like going out even when all inclusive. Had small maintenance issue that was dealt with within 10 mins. €18 taxi from airport. Main pool area nice with loads of loungers. Staff helpful. Some people have complained about the hill, it’s not steep, it’s just uphill!

Nothing really, WiFi doesn’t seem to reach beyond restaurant to main pool or rooms - not an issue for me as have data but may be for some.

We were a bit deterred by comments made earlier about the hotel but we did not experience anything negative. Hotel was clean, food same like everywhere else, PLENTY of space for sun loungers (i don't even know why ppl would say otherwise) . Kids enjoyed it , I think its good value for money, nothing over the top and nothing too negative.
