Location was very central and you got some nice views depending on where you stayed in the hotel

What I did not like was the facts that you had to pay €8 per week to hire a kettle to boil water and €8 a week to hire a toaster

Puerto caleta apartments are perfect for my husband and I, the location is great for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants, or if you want to spend the day around the pool there are lots of comfy sun loungers available and the pool is clean and perfect temperature for a dip to cool off, the pool bar is fabulous and lots of choice in drinks and food, happy hour is also great 😃, Olivia also very friendly. House keeping do a wonderful job and we loved coming back and having a lovely fresh made bed and towels, couldn't fault it.

Still the building work going on across the road, but it wasn't as bad as last year.

We got our keys to apartment pool view room wow it was spacious very modern (we must of had a room which had a refurb) it was the only room I seen with white plastic windows and doors, it had air-conditioning which was a bonus sun loungers on balcony which was nice as not many places do that, room was very clean it was cleaned on the 2nd day, pool area very clean I watched the pool being cleaned every morning, staff on reception were very helpful cleaning staff very friendly and bar staff very friendly, I would return if I was guaranteed to get that same room (as other rooms looked very dated)

No kettle in room

We loved how close it was to the center and stores. 30 second walk is to the store. Also we were really surprised on the rating of the cleaning on booking. Every morning 5 people were washing everything outside and one person deep washed a pool. Staff is super friendly and in the room every towel os replaced and everything is there. The kitcken has everything needed. If you dont want to cooks you have million restaurants nerby. I would really recommend this to everyone for this price.

the beds are not king size but are seperate otherwise its perfect.

Stayed here many a time. Won't lie the rooms are very dated and need a lot of work on them. It's very clean and had a lovely pool area also very central to everything. Putting this here after speaking to people they were shocked. Your Kettle. Toaster and iron are all hired for a small fee This being said the staff are amazing we love coming back

Property was in a great location yet quiet by night. We requested a ground floor room if possible due to health issue and were offered a choice of 2 rooms at check in. Staff at reception were super efficient, friendly and willing to chat. Property was clean with regular cleaning service.

Property is a little dated and jaded in appearance but the cleanliness coupled with friendly and efficient staff made up for that.

First time travelling alone, but I felt very safe at this complex and indeed in the surrounding area. The accommodation is a little dated, but it's clean and comfortable and I think it added to the Canarian charm. In fact, I extended my stay by a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The place is very well situated and we will come again everything is around you so if you are self-catering its ideal and it's not noisy. If anything breaks, there is a maintenance man on site who attends to the problem straight away

The buildings could with some tender love and care.

Love the pool area had all been done and some new sun beds , maybe invest in a few more . These apartments are great for basic holiday a little dated but quirky, they are in a great area too central for everything .

We had a wonderful weekend at Puerto Caleta. The apartments are old and a little tired but were very clean. The pool area was lovely and the drinks prices at the pool bar were great. We would certainly return for an another weekend in the sun. The location was great, very central for everything, beach and bars / restaurants within 5 minute walk.
