Great food choices! I don’t understand the negative reviews. Breakfast was a bit stereotypical but offered a good variety. Lunch and dinner had slight variations every day; I especially enjoyed the Mexican Monday and the diverse selection of tapas on another evening. The pool was a decent size and deep enough; the saltwater didn’t bother us. There was always enough space to get a lounger. Drinks were served throughout the day, and the beer on tap was lovely. Strong Wifi throughout the hotel. There were daily activities, ranging from playing pétanque and water aerobics to evening bingo and karaoke. Our room was newly refurbished and featured

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and the temperature was either too hot or too cold. However, this could have been due to the reconstruction work taking place in part of the hotel during our stay. We also missed having soap by the sink in the bathroom and ended up using the one from the shower instead.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the pool and sea, bedroom was separate from the living area which was good.Hotel is near local supermarkets and restaurants, and offers different levels of stay i.e board only, B and B, Half board and fully inclusive.

It would be nice if coffee, tea and sugar were provided, there are cups and saucers supplied and a kettle but no consumables

Staff was friendly. Animation is well organized. Food was good. We liked the tematic table for every dinner. Pool was very cold but not colder than the water in the beach. We really liked to spend our time here. I reccomend this hotel for everyone.

It wasn't enough connector.

Son tken poorly an required hospitalizations. Hotel agreed a rolling daily payment. Flyin home 19th. Only 1 lift which is poor when in w/chair or disabled in any way. Everything goes up an dwn in lift-linen clean an dirty, cleaning staff, painters etc. Just tKes edge off holiday. But staff second to none x

Excellent great variety and choice staff all excellent do not be put off by some reviews you cannot some people from just moaning. We were family group of 20 and all enjoyed ourselves and would like to be back there now!

Think main bar needed a separate cocktail area this would have reduced queue

We were in one of the refurbished rooms which was spotless, had a fridge and kettle aswell as a hairdryer, nice view. All staff lovely

Hard beds Not very well lit on route to room of an evening.

All food is excellent. Location is also very good :) Staff are very friendly too.

I liked everything

A good hotel for a budget price. Why people complain I don't know. If you want 5 star in FUERTEVENTURA then it will cost you at least double the price.
