The hotel staff were great. Tom, Elena, Carlota & Ameliana. They were all really polite and helpful. Everyone was to be fair, too many to mention.👏🏽 The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom nice and updated. Our room location made sure we weren't disturbed/disturbing others, they are accommodating if you actually ask. They left us a nice surprise in the room for my partners birthday.😉 I can see where some would say the decor is slightly dated, but I noticed it seems to be the common vibe on the island when deciding where to stay...🏝 The location was ideal. A beach is on your doorstep, it's beautiful, water is clear and it isn't freezing. Loads of crabs and fish near the rocks! So lovely to see. Chipmunks too... Tooooo cute and friendly 😍 Only a short walk to the left OR right along the beach path takes you to shopping centres. A harbour on one side where you can book excursions, eat, watch and a nice gift shop. We done an underwater boat trip and rode a camel! 🐫 They do have evening entertainment, it was a bit oldish for us, we are (early & mid 30s) but we did miss the first few days of the week where they had other things on also.🥂 A lot of the older generation at the hotel and families with young children. We saw some fun looking kids clubs going on when we were walking in and out of the hotel during the day.. I had steak and prawns most nights (chef section at the buffet). My partner had other bits. There was a selection. The restaurant by the pool was nice, veal was juicy! Staff there always nice too.🦐 It does tell you on boards around the hotel which restaurants are open on each day. I was honestly put off by some reviews I read closer to our arrival. (Only read the good ones when booking 😅) But once we got there I was so grateful that I had seen the bad ones, I really wonder how anyone couldn't enjoy this place. It was great for the few days we stayed.

Food was decent for what it was, but I don't feel we got our values worth.. Drinks being included would have helped a lot. They weren't expensive though.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. The dinner buffet was also very good but we didn't want to eat buffet-style every evening. The pool was extensive with lots of available loungers. The room was very large and well appointed with two basins in the bathroom with a separate shower room and separate toilet. We liked the Faro restaurant, but it wasn't often open. Great, professional entertainment in the bar every evening. And varied acts. A short walk from amenities and restaurants in Caleta de Fuste.

Our room's large terrace, whilst sea-facing as requested, unfortunately had a solid parapet and so we couldn't actually see the sea or gardens unless we were standing up! The Zen restaurant was so-so.

Lovely big rooms, great pool area, very good selection and quality of food for breakfast, staff very nice , attention to detail. Programme was very good, little one enjoyed it.

It states it is a king-size bed however it's 2 beds pushed together. Toilet door didn't shut properly so we had no privacy there. We had bed and breakfast but tried their dinner buffet once and were glad we didn't pay half board as it wasn't worth the value. La Veranda restaurant on site is overpriced and received the worst food there we've had all week.

Advance: Everything was fine and without exception all the staff were incredibly professional , very nice and the facility is close to be perfect. What is unpleasant are the reviews of the hotels on Booking. com. Actually, we were in the hotel complex Eurostar Salinas booked next door for 14 days, but after the first impression of the room and the facility we had immediately canceled and moved into the Sheraton. The problem are the same reviews! Very lousy ESS with 8. 5 and at the top 8. 4 the Sheraton. We've been traveling for many years and a lot with B. com, but now we need to rethink our trust in this agency. So :-) Sheraton 10 Points and with good will 3 Pontis for the neighboring, that would fit.

We went to the sheraton to just relax and that is exactly what we got, the staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. To us, the sheraton is a paradise. We used the spa also which is amazing. Our 4th stay there and it never disappoints.

Everything was very good. The services, the food , the staff, the pool and the location are excellent, the proposed activities for the kids each day are amazing and keep them entertained. We loved everything about the stay,

Amazing hotel, staff and location. Suitable for couples, families or groups. Food excellent. Breakfast excellent. It’s a large hotel but staff have the personal touch. They are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Great pool and it’s right next to the beach, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Spa is stunning and treatments were top class.

Spacious, clean, and very nice hotel grounds. Breakfast was excellent in terms of both the quality of the food and the variety. The staff was very friendly and we felt the service was fantastic all around.

The door to the toilet in our room was made of glass. Who decided that was a good idea???

Not crowded, plenty space by the pool, staff is superb, a lot of polite attention, prices are reasonable at the bar ant restaurant.

Quality of the food, just compared to other Fuerteventura hotels, simple things, like fresh fruit- little variety and was kept it the fridge precut, absency of peanut butter. Also sunbeds were not most comfortable.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and comfortable. All facilities and restaurants were wonderful.
