Excellent little hotel in a great location in Aranjuez. It was a pit stop on my way back home in Almería, but i would have liked to stay longer. I had a small double, perfect for me, but possibly a squeeze for a couple. The staff were excellent, from the very helpful young woman on reception, who ensured I could have breakfast early, to the lovely ladies on breakfast duty. The breakfast was excellent, I wish I could have had a more leisurely one, but I needed to get on my way before the intense heat. All in all a very comfortable stay.

The Hotel was easy to find, situated in an attractive building . The interior is attractive and well kept. I found it charming The breakfast was fresh ,sessions timed in 45 minute blocks, good choice of warm and cold buffet taken in the staffed downstairs private cafe I had a small double room for myself with courtyard view,. The room was bright and cozy, nicely and simply decorated. It was equipped with an efficient air conditioning, TV safe and a small fridge. Well thought out space . The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Bathtub was very nice for a nice bath after walking around the gardens. Room is spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with the usual contiental cold/warm dishes. Its location is very nice, plenty of free parking aroud, close to many restaurants and very centric place.

Strangely there was some recurring noise at the beginning of the night, coming from the bathtub which couldn’t be switched off but stopped after a few hours, very weird.

Check in was excellent very friendly and very helpful gave us great information about the area. The hotel was within walking distance of the Royal Palace which was free that afternoon unfortunately not if you are a Brit! Since Brexit apparently but it was only a few euros. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. The room was a good size. The hotel also owns a restaurant El Rana Verde which is on the river and food is fabulous, they give you a 10% discount if you show your room key.

Think the room was quite tired and could do with some tlc.

Friendly efficient welcome. Room comfortable and clean. Able to park just outside even though Holy Week celebrations meant the parking on the main part of the road was suspended. Plenty of restaurants close by. The Palace and stunning gardens all just minutes away. Management of the very good breakfast by time slots meant a very relaxed experience. Really helpful breakfast staff. Highly recommend this hotel for enjoying Aranjuez.

I stayed in Jardin in 2019 for 3 weeks and it was the best stay i ever had...after four years i came back to stay for one week and everything was perfect from check in to check out...at the reception Nahun was very friendly and helped me a lot...the hotel is very clean and has a warm friendly vibe...location is perfect right next to the bus station...lots of big supermarkets a walking distance nearby...i hope i'll be back again

It is not a big deal, but the breakfast four years ago was way better...it is still not bad at all it is just could have more varieties

Easy walking distance from everything. Breakfast in a cozy room, very good and staff very welcoming and efficient. I had 2 different rooms because I decided to.come a day earlier and my pre-booked room was not available. Staff very accommodating, told me to leave my bags packed in the first room and they would move them, which they did. .I originally booked the cheapest room and it was small but very well set up. It was perfect for one person, probably adequate for 2.

Nice place with friendly and helpful staff in a great location in Aranjuez. We were fortunate to have a room at the front of the building. overlooking the street and sidewalk; very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was especially good.

Odd humming noise intermittently in the bathroom, made a little more irritating because the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. No big deal and far outweighed by the pluses.

A perfectly located hotel in the centre of this interesting town. The room was large, comfortable and airy with double glass doors opening onto a small balcony and overlooking one the towns pretty tree-lined streets. A good breakfast was included. There are plenty of nearby options for dinner. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Property is well located, close to most of the attractions you may want to visit in Aranjuez. They also reccomend a lovely restaurant called La Rana Verde which is by the river, a few minutes away from the Hotel, its a lovely place to chill and escape from the heat. The room was very small, but very cute and they somehow they managed to fit in a desk at the end of the bed. I have a soft spot for cute rooms with character, so this wasn't a problem but it would have been for travelling with someone or travelling for work. I had not seen rooms that small on the site. Despite the size, the room had everything you'd need, including a safe, a workspace, a tv and a bathroom. The reception area is one you'd expect from a good hotel, 24 hr service by professionals that treat you propperly (not just night staff as in other 'hotels' in Aranjuez, or very moody personel). Word of advice, if travelling on a budget, do prefer Hotel Jardin de Aranjuez over others such as Hotel Real Aranjuez which can be very informal and with temperamental if not abusive staff. In my case, I gave things like 'respect' and 'good treatment' for granted in most hotels, this may not be the case here specially if you're foreign. Hotel Jardin de Aranjuez had trained, polite and most of all professional staff which will assist you properly and safely. As a solo female traveller these things are very important.

The room was much smaller than expected. If the curtains were open people look straight into your room when comming out of the lift and towards their room, I would have liked to have been warned!
