Though there is no reception often at the counter we found it very easy to ask for help, staff are responsive and attentive. The room is clean, quite and big. The location is good and the place is beautiful.

The car park entrance and the floor is very poor that easily scratched the doors and front head of a standard size of car while moving in and out.

Beautiful old building and spacious rooms. Easy to arrive and enter at any time. Really good response rate by chat for arranging our arrival. Very convenient location in lovely historical Chinchón.

We had a very large van and it was a bit of a tight fit getting in and out of the parking lot.

There was no glass or cup for water Reflecting the age of the place, there was only one plug socket in the room, or 2 if you take out the TV plug. Not enough these days

Mariluz was a life saver. I got injured and she went above and beyond what I could have expected. The hotel is very lucky to have her. I totally recommend this hotel.

PARKING COULD BE EASIER AFTER A LONG DRIVE FROM LA MANGA

Location was within easy walking distance of plaza mayor where restaurants are located. Room had everything we needed.

At the moment there is no restaurant for breakfast although I believe there are plans for this.

Comfortable pillows, great staff. We liked the location more local than touristy.

The toilet paper was aweful and very small rolls. It would be nice if they ran their dining area.

The hotel is an old traditional house which is very typical in the area. The receptionist was extremely nice. The rooms are big and it's very easy to park the car in the hotel park.

I liked everything.

The personnel at the reception are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Chichón main square
