Location. Clean room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the hotel with the code during the night time.

I didn't like breakfast, It was pretty poor and you have to ask for the coffe at the bar. Moreover I couldn't exclude breakfast from my reservation.

Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Very lovely staff. Spa facility booked in advance .

No lounge area for nights to sit around with friends after being out for a meal other than bar area, although there is a good sized terrace to the front, outside the entrance door, but only in warm weather.

The hotel was in good location, the staff were all great and the breakfast was very good. Cold drinks are available on the first floor 24/7.

This hotel shouldn't be confused with the spa facilities that the town is famous for.

The location was fine as we were visiting friends. All the staff we met at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern with plenty of power points.

We found the breakfast choice a little limited. The heating vent in our room made a ticking noise, whether the heating was on or not, which was distracting but didn't stop us sleeping.

We had a very confortable stay , a special thanks for the members of staff specialy the young receptionist who was very friendly and helpful with information we needed

A beautiful hotel with all the comfort, a very good room and a good breakfast. In fact, I did not expect it in a little town. The staff was excellent, flexible and attentive.

the property is pretty central, if you come by bus is very close of the bus station and a great resto called Restaurant International-we enjoyed every meal

the hotel is walking distance from Balneario de Arachena; in max 20’ walking you’ll be there

booked a suite so we could have an extra large bed and it didn’t disappoint - the bed was huge! The staff were very friendly.
