Room exceeded expectation. Large with huge bed! Basic as you'd expect but clean! Kettle very handy! Great location short walk to the 'tran via' tram into city! Street parking right out front when carpark full! We would stay again!

Was a bit noisy as I'd read in reviews so expected but we were only there 1 night! It's on a busy main road so traffic noise can be heard and doors in hotel slamming etc but then I'm a light sleeper, nothing earplugs won't block out i guess! Rooms are a bit tired but believe Travelodge have only just recently taken over this hotel so guess they're in process of renovation!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was also an easy place to find. It has easy parking which was free and I only paid 10 euro for my dog.

The room next to mine seemed to be inhabited by a coachload. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every word and movement. In fact, for the best part of the evening, it sounded as if a complete refit was going on next to me. I played rock fm just to get some peace. When you are transiting through and have had a long journey and more to come the next day, think twice about stopping here.

From a warm welcome all the staff were polite & helpfull, our room was spacious & comfy, tea & coffee in the room, nice bathroom, we had one problem with a light switch but was fixed very quickly same morning, good value evening meal 12-90e 3 courses incl a drink, you are literally 5/10 min drive from Trader shopping & Ikea, would stay again if in that area again.

Check in easy. Parking available and not expensive for the hotel garage. Staff nice. Bar area good but no food on a Friday? Vending machine available. Well stocked. Rooms clean. Air conditioning works well

Sandwiches in vending machine. They were disgusting. Couldn’t get a glass of wine when we came in around midnight although the lady told us earlier it would be ok but we had to take it to our room. No problem had it been available.

We liked Campanile Hotel, the staff were all very very nice. We told them we were in the area because our toy poodle was having an operation in Murcia university veterinary hospital. They were all caring, interested and wished us luck on departures

It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a glass of wine after a journey, but the bar only served coffee or beer, which we don't like. As it was a Sunday afternoon we struggled to find a restaurant in the area, and even though we drove into Murcia city, we found nowhere open. Ended up having a disgusting McDonald's

Ask for two room next to each as we are family of four, The staff very nice arrange two room next each and internal door can be open( feel like 1 bed room apartment), private car park easy park my t6 van.

The hotel is old, toilet facilities is old.

All was as can be expected in a Campanile hotel. No surprises. Friendly staff, good location close to a tram stop so the city centre is easy to reach, nice Campanile breakfast, room big and bed comfy. And the coffee and tea tray is back!

Rooms facing the road could have some traffic noise problems. Also the thin walls between the rooms could cause some noise problems. Rooms have some wear and tear in some places, all is very clean though.

Everything was great taking into account the price of the room. It was fully equipped and did not look very old or used.

The place was a bit far from the city center, so if you do not have a car, you'd better use the tram. The nearest station is just opposite the hotel.

Bed comfortable. easy to reach sockets for recharging phone etc. 2 Chairs which is most unusual. Kettle and teabags. Close to tram stop. Good parking in secure garage for reasonable rate.

The toilet did not flush we had to use kettle refilled to flush it.

All as promised. A safe and clean option for anyone travelling by car and/or with a pet. Nice staff. Good value for money IMO.

A coat rack or something similar for hanging coats etc would be nice. Also, one light switch did't work.
