Friendly staff and nicely kept, clean facilities. The room was nice, with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was tasty, definitely better than what I expected from a 4 star hotel. Windows sealed great, could not here the busy street at all. Parking was simple in the underground car park.

The rooms got quite warm at night, despite outside temperatures below 10C. I don't want to run the AC all night in such a case to cool a room down. It would be better if they reduce heating for the nighttime. Location is fine, but the closest route to the center leads through a rough neighborhood.

The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The pool area is a good size with towels and sunbeds and umbrellas available. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good selection of food and coffee machine, with lactose free and gluten free options available. Staff are great, friendly and attentive. The location is good, about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city/cathedral area. The car park is spacious, if a little expensive.

The shower could be modernised along with the air conditioning, it is very loud and there is no option to set a timer to turn it off during the night. the car parking daily rate is a little expensive.

Perfect location to get to the old town, plenty of parking, the rooms were large and the bed comfortable. Lovely hot shower, good towels and products provided. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t stay for breakfast, pool looked great, and the bar service was reasonably priced. Reception was busy but they had 3 people serving so the queue went down very quickly, if you check in before you arrive and add all your ID online, it saves a lot of time.

Nothing, was pleasantly suorised after reading some negative reviews we were a bit worried about staying, but would recommend this to anyone

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and great facilities. Several bars and various chill out spaces. The chill bar in the evening is a lovely experience and Pablo at the bar was the best barman you could ask for. He’s a credit to the hotel. The staff here are brilliant and it’s clearly a very well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with super comfortable bed, great bathroom and the balcony and views were amazing. Wifi also 10/10.

Location was slightly out of the centre but there’s a taxi rank outside and it’s right beside Lidl and Carrefour so wasn’t really an issue. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was that the food could have been slightly better. I ordered room service a couple of times and was a bit underwhelming but I understand this can be common in larger hotels. It’s wasn’t a big issue.

The hotel is very good and stylish. The room is comfortable, really nice - liked the background light. Good value for money. Would recommend, and will come back again.

Could have provided a complimentary (welcome) bottle of water in the room. The check in and check out - very slow. Waited 20 min for each. The lifts are constantly busy, takes forever - no indicators on the hotel floors to show where the lift is. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area felt way to small for the hotel size/capacity.

A nice hotel on the outskirts of Murcia. Very clean and modern. The swimming pool was great with a poolside bar. Unfortunately the bar was busy because only one member of staff working it, serving and collecting supplies when getting low. They should be able to call for supplies not leaving the bar unattended. Plenty of towels at the pool for. Checking in was very busy, due to a couple of coach parties arriving at the same time, but very efficient once it was our time to check in. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the actual centre where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and the bull ring where the concert was to held.

Breakfast on Sunday morning was terrible, the staff were unable to replenish the food and drink quick enough for the amount of guests that were booked in for breakfast. It seems they didn't think ahead and get more staff in when a big event was taking place at the bull ring. However on Monday morning the breakfast room wasn't busy and everything was much better.

Great Location for a concert in the Bull ring. Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Reception staff helpful, friendly and professional. Good and varied choices for breakfast. Great overnight stay.

Disappointed as couldn't get lunch. Check in not available until 2pm, hotel full and very busy at check in, then turned away from restaurant just after 3pm as service finished at 3.30! Extremely hot day to have to go out to find lunch! Others experienced the same problem. The hotel was full of guests most of them going to the same concert at 7.30, they could have been more forward thinking in at least providing guests the opportunity to purchase a light lunch or at least a snack after 3.30pm. Would also have been a good revenue opportunity for the Hotel. Food for thought!😉

We have stayed at this hotel once before and really enjoyed our time here, hence why we returned. The location for our needs was excellent. The room with balcony was superb, as was the pool...

Breakfast on the Sunday morning was a little chaotic, things ran out very quickly, only 1 of 3 coffee machines was in operation, thus the queue was horrendous. Had to wait for a table. Obviously the hotel was at capacity, but knowing this, staffing levels should have been better and running out of things is really not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The following day was better....

Shower poor...the holder was broken and they fitted a new holder after 2 days but the shower was not powerful and not easy to turn the dials as the temperature dial kept turning to very hot Staff at reception had poor English and not helpful when asking questions Beds at pool not comfy and many were broken

Being English it is always nice to have a kettle in the room so we can make tea. Those facilities would have been nice. I think the hotel is exceptional value for money and close to the Arena so perfect location and parking is a bonus. Breakfast was lovely apart from the coffee machines as both broke down. Would be good to have a hot water machine.
