Absolutely perfect location in the exact centre of Alcantarilla. Albaro who manages the hostal was a lovely and hugely helpful man and deserves a lot of credit. Maria was also superb. The public car park is a few metres off the main street. 10 euros a day in secure parking. Almost the same distance to a host of restaurants around the main square. None of them expensive. Had a superb mojito in Bar Picaro. One of the best I have had in the 20 odd years I have lived in Spain. There is an heladeria (ice cream parlour) called Snoopys. Fantastic mango and chocolate ice creams amongst the host of other choices. Had a wander and found an absolutely amazing Colombian restaurant called Sublime Grill on Fire. Never, ever, have had a burger like the ones we both picked. Called a Picantona, a homemade style burger with pulled pork, chilli con carne (with beans) guacamole, cheese and jalapenos in a toasted bun. Fantastic and I am not a burger lover normally. Nothing really not to like

Sparklingly clean rooms, with fantastic view from the terrace that receives morning sunshine, right next to one of the main squares and exceptionally kind personnel - all this for a very democratic price!

As a coffee addict, I would appreciate to be presented with a coffee capsule to begin each day on that lovely terrace ;)

Clean, basic room and the location provides an opportunity to be part of the local community. Very nice checkin person. Public parking lots are nearby.

Would have liked to have blanket on beds. A few restaurants weren’t open on Monday nights (not the hotel’s fault.)

The timetable of the front desk was a bit inconvenient but the staff were very helpful.

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Nice room on the 3rd floor (though the 2nd floor has been remodeled and is therefore a little nicer).

Excellent location for bars and coffee shops .lovely room with a great shower. Good Wi-Fi so a perfect stay.

Small but nice room with a personal touch. Bonus was opening the french balcony around lunch time and lie in the bed reading in the sun.
