I have stayed here several times, and it has always been an excellent price. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city. The room was comfortable. There is a supermarket a couple of streets away, and the best bakery in the whole world is also close! The staff were extremely helpful.

Lots and lots of noise, though this is not the fault of the hotel. The other guests were slamming doors, chatting loudly and laughing down the corridor late into the night, I could hear my neighbours having "relations", and the constant noise of the pedestrian crossing outside, beeping for 50 seconds every 1 minute and 20 seconds for the whole of every single day. Like I say, I do not think any of these things are the fault of the hotel, the staff are brilliant.

Fantastic budget stay in Murcia. Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff. We stayed for the Murcia marathon, and really appreciated the late check out offered for the event. Hotel was only 5 minutes walk to the start line. The sister hotel across the street has a nice cafe bar, where we had coffee early morning. Breakfast was being served from 6.30am for marathoners. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Excellent value for the price.

Handy for bus and train stations. Restaurant next door and café just down the road. Friendly, helpful staff. Vending machine had hot chocolate. They let me leave my luggage for a bit after checkout.

Bathroom.rather small and shower was handheld, behind a slightly rickety screen. Everything worked fine though. No glass provided. Lots of hammering on second morning.

The room was small but comfortable; bathroom was a little cramped (a large person might struggle) but perfectly adequate for me and with a good shower ; the hotel was well located in the city centre but not in a really busy (or noisy) place. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I would really have liked a kettle in the room so that I could make a cup of tea. There was an occasional bad smell from the drain in the shower. On one night of my four the air conditioning ran all night and was a bit noisy and draughty; I couldn't see anywhere to turn it off.

Great value for money, walking distance to everything we needed. Basic but clean and comfortable. It was my second stay here and I will happily stay here again.

NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT... Parking was a bit of a nightmare. I stayed here in July and found street parking easily. My stay in December coincided with the Christmas Markets so no spaces anywhere. Will pre book parking next time.

Clean, comfortable and safe. 24 hour desk staff were friendly, professional and some spoke fluent English. Gym, across the street in the "Pacoche", was well equipped. City itself felt safe and was easily walkable. Ten to fifteen minutes amble to rail station and five minutes to local Mercadona. Bank/ATM across the street. Vending in hotel reasonably priced. 24 hour food/drink/fuel at the local CEPSA. €77-ish cab from Rock Imperium in Cartagena. Bizarrely, the Universal has a huge "PACOCHE" sign hanging off it. Would definitely book again if I could not get anything closer to the Rock Imperium venue. Exceptional value for money. I was in 49, an end-of-corridor-away-from-elevators room that overlooked the street below. (June 2023).

Nothing to do with the hotel but there is a lot of construction around Floridablanca and the rail station and beyond. Nothing audible in the hotel as it's well away from it. (June 2023)

The lady in reception was so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and inviting. I have recommended to others. We will be back.

The only minor problem was the beeping from the traffic lights. Not the hotels problem but a bit annoying. I'll bring ear plugs next time

Stayed here a couple of times now. Very basic hotel, but clean and comfortable and very conveniently located, and exceptional value for money. Tons of bakeries nearby, and 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

I had very good experience here. Staff very helpful very friendly. Hotel is in excellent location. 5 mins to the bridge and Cathedral. But very nice and quiet in the night. Lots of bars restaurants shops around. Everything in walking distance. I will stay here again.

I like everything. I have not complains.

It was very well placed and close to the centre in a very pretty area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. All very important! It wasn’t luxury, but it was perfectly fine and very reasonably priced.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but a kettle in the room would have been a plus.
