The location is perfect with plenty of parking which was a real bonus. Nice outside and also nice walk to the centre of town

There was no tea making facilities in the room.. Also would have liked a fridge and this is especially true in the Summer However I will definately return but would not mind paying extra if there was a fridge there

A great location on the edge of the city and very close to the metro. The room was very quiet considering we were in a long and well-populated corridor. Very clean towels and bedding. The shower was fine and super hot. Good value for a couple of nights in the city. Excellent secure parking for our motorcycle. Courteous and helpful staff.

Corridors and carpets were a little tired but this didn’t trouble us unduly. One of our bedside lamps was broken, but this was addressed when we reported it to reception. All good. We would stay here again if we visit Murcia.

Check in was quick and easy. There was also free parking outside. It was located in a safe and quiet part of the city. A short walk from the hotel took us to a tram stop directly into the heart of the city. There were also plenty of eating places within a short walk of the hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly. A good breakfast was provided with tasty juice and coffee

The room we were originally allocated was on the first floor at the front of the building. When we returned in the evening, there was a party of people outside. Their noisy chatter was clearly audible in our room until well after midnight plus the smell of cigarette smoke. However, the staff were very helpful the following day in moving us to a different room at the back. This was the one where the bathroom door was broken.

Very helpful staff who was kind and courteous, especially during check in. Very easy process and they were knowledgeable about the area and answered all my questions. Nice, safe, and secure underground parking. Very easy to find and right off the highway. Decent area with a nice park outside to sit or take a light walk. Room was clean, wifi was very good, and the aircon worked very well. Room was actually quite large and the bed was comfortable. Check out was simple and easy.

Nothing, great experience

We stayed at this Ibis last year with family. We were impressed then. So we stayed again last week for a concert in the Plaza de Toros. It is the best Ibis we have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, with lovely staff. The outside shady terrace is a big bonus too. Good bar prices, nice food. Good breakfast. Easy parking outside . Will stay again next time we visit Murcia.

Nothing to dislike.

We have stayed a few times in this Ibis hotel and as usual, the room was spotlessly clean , large and comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot.The setting of the hotel is perfect with ample parking and a quiet setting. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Check in straightforward & the female member of staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed & great hot shower. The hotel was close to tram station for getting into the centre of the City & was so cheap. Cost of parking in hotel car park very cheap, which we didn't need to use as got a free space just outside hotel.

Could have supplied two extra pillows instead of 1, but I'm sure if we'd have asked staff would have provided.

The hotel is in an excellent location about a 25 minute walk from the centre of the city and the river etc. There is also a tram that runs nearby. Good parking on the streets close by and there’s also a designated car park for the hotel which you can pay for. The rooms are basic but kept immaculately clean every day. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there’s a small bathroom with a decent shower. I enjoyed my stay there.

There was nothing I didn’t like regards the property.

Perfect for a stop over on route to the south. Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Great value for money. Free parking. Good breakfast (for me).

Only small negative, we paid for breakfast at 10:20 and were not told it finished at 10:30. My wife was feeding the baby 5 minutes after paying and everything was cleared away.

Fantastic value for money, super clean, with free parking and several options for food nearby. The Zig Zag Centre, just a few minutes down the road also hosts several bars. We were surprised and delighted that the room was serviced both days with clean towels and fresh bedding. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll into the city centre but we were pleased to have the option to catch a tram just minutes from the lobby. Coffee and toast with tomato costs just 3 euro each in the restaurant, or there's an option to have the buffet.

We prefer a kettle in the room but we knew that it would be missing when we booked. Staff were a bit slow to attend.
