It was good to be here, breakfast is amazing, beds very cozy, I had a good night sleep.

Restaurant in the evening opened at 20:30 which was a little late for me.

Staff were friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast as we had done it online. Didn't know what to expect as the room rate was so reasonable and we had never heard of the hotel chain before. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a house of pillows plenty of hanging space and a safe. The bathroom was massive with a large modern shower and plenty of free toiletries. The room was spotlessly clean. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel where the staff were attentive, the food was lovely and reasonably priced, as was the drinks. We didn't get to use the pool or gym as it was a bank Holiday and closed. The hotel is not in the middle of town so a car or getting on the tram would be needed but it close to one of the large shopping centres if you fancy doing a bit of retail therapy.

The hotel was in a great location only a 15 minute tram journey from the centre, the staff were lovely and friendly especially the receptionist that checked us in and worked right through the night each night.

The only issue we had was the AC was not as cold as we would have liked for the heat however the heat been 40+ could not have been controlled by the hotel and if the weather was cooler I’m sure the AC would be fine, maybe to be able to change the setting to colder would have been nice

Huge clean room and bathroom. Large sitting area outside of room, and a door that blocks off the room if you're there for business. However, the desk is in the room. Large amount of storage. Absolutely perfect location if you will be using the tram.

Heating system in room was set super high (27 C) and all we could do was shut it off and open the windows. We couldn't turn the temperature down to fix it. Door also needs repair. There's evidence of some repairs, but it doesn't shut and open easily.

Very nice room with plenty of amenities. Spotless inside. Breakfast buffet was ok but with 45 minutes left before closing, some options were limited in availability. Dinner was good with plenty of food

Checkin seemed a bit complicated with both of us having to document our addresses and contact information despite being a married couple. Spoken English within the hotel and restaurant was very limited.

The hotel is located close to the motorway, ideal for business trips. The building is new and very well-maintained. The room was very large, bright and with a comfy king-size bed. Also the bathroom was spacious and with all the amenities needed. There is the option to pay the hotel parking, but there are free options also in the surrounding area, which seems very safe.

There is no kettle, nor coffee machine in the bedroom and you have to pay extra for any item in the minibar (even water).

The view, the position, the facilities

I didn't like the fact that after 5 nights booked at the checkout, I asked for late checkout, and the difference was 2h between 12pm to 2 pm. They told me I have to pay 15 euro for this 2h, so I decided to let my luggage at the reception and checkout at 12. They price of the breakfast in the restaurant is 14 euros, at the reception is 10 euros but if you don't know because nobody will tell you.

Clean, modern, comfortable.

The lamp on the left side of the bed was loose. The shower head was a little broken, it cannot be fixed in place, and also the some water that leaks from it. I’m personally not a fan of the bathroom door because it doesn’t close completely. For your reference, my room was 401.

They treat families with Babies excellent. They give us not only a crib but also bathtub and toiletries for the baby. I only wish this could be added during the booking time to avoid the uncertainty of availability, but we have stayed here many times and always got it.

There are small imperfections on the room. A couple of things weren't in perfect state. Air conditioning works weird

The hotel staff was really kind and lovely. The room was super spacious for a one person. Great location for activities around of Murcia.

Sorry to say, but the breakfast was not that various than expected. Did not leave the breakfast with an empty stomach but would have liked more warm foods.
