This is a very likeable hotel within 10 minutes walk of the historic centre of Murcia. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by the size of our room. The mattress was comfortable, the WiFi efficient, and the bathroom spacious. It was also a quiet location. The breakfast buffet was very decent with a good selection of items for all tastes. The fresh orange juice was a real highlight!

It's a minor point but the bread and baked items at the breakfast buffet were slightly stale. It was a pity that the pool/sundeck was out of use, but we acknowledge that it is still out of season.

Great location, a bit outside the hustle and bustle, but old town within walking distance. Supermarkets really close by. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a small swimming pool to cool down to escape the heat. Not many sun beds but good enough for a dip. Breakfast was delicious and has something for everyone.

- Pool opened only at 12 o’clock during the week which was a pity as I would have loved to cool down with 37*. - We used the garage for parking the car as it is very hard to find a spot close by. It is a bit tight but manageable. It would have been even better service of the reception to tell us that we could have parked for free for a few nights as it was the holiday season instead of charging us for the whole three nights. - Rooms are a bit dated but clean!

the complete cleanliness of everything! been here quite a few times over the years and so pleased to see the hotel and rooms are still of high standard and maintenance kept up to date. There was a kettle and teas n coffees which helped at night. no problem getting spare tea from the bar! The location was perfect. just the other side of the river bridge to the main red carpet centre and cathedral. The room was huge, on a corner with windows all around. large bathroom also and very comfortable bed

Comfortable rooms with lots of space to store your luggage and hang your clothes (getting rare these days). On walking distance from train station. Nice lobby/bar area to have one for the road... in your hotel. Roof terrace to bask in the sun or sip a cava or cocktail. Excellent and varied breakfast. Special mention for the staff: they're competent and very friendly. I've rarely had better, and I've been traveling for more than three decades.

Decoration of the rooms could be a bit more imaginative and the rooftop pool is really a bathtub with ambitions. But these are minor quips. All in all, highly recommended.

The rooftop pool was visually beautiful with the sun on it all day. It had a small bar and a poolside menu. I ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was divine. The breakfast options were vast, but the evening menu was only small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The hotel was situated just a 10 minute walk from the old town and the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were allocated a superior room on the 4th floor, so it was quiet. It was a spacious room, with sofa, easy chair, desk and chair. Lighting was good - much better than most hotels. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived, so the hotel management turned the air conditioning on for us. The bed was large, and one of the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a small fridge. There was large flat screen TV. Housekeeping was attentive to our needs. The hotels secure parking garage was s short walk away. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from downtown, so it is well located for sightseeing on foot in Murcia. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

There were no regular English language channels on the TV other than the news channels; it was difficult to understand the Google TV access, but in any case we are not Netflix or Amazon Prime subscribers, so that did not help. The net result was that there was nothing we could watch on TV.

One side of the bed was very comfortable Nice to have a door between bedroom and bathroom, therefore bedroom much quieter. No noise from corridor Quiet room - slept well.

One side of the double bed seemed to be broken. As my husband was not able to join me on the trip, i was able to use the other side of the bed which was fine and comfortable. If it would have been the two of us, we would have had to ask for another room. Coffee/tea facility in room would have been nice. Kettle was provided when asked for at reception but no offer of coffee or tea etc. Have to provide this oneself

The hotel is right in the middle of Murcia and excellent for sight seeing. The roof top pool is small but clean and a great place to refresh oneself after a hard day being a tourist. The room was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast excellent and the staff very attentive.

The parking was very tricky, We thought there was somewhere to pull in in front of hotel to off load bags and find out where car park was but there wasn't any space to do this and we nearly collided with an electric scooter trying to do so. The hotel car park was fine and not far away (quite tight to manoeuvrer around). Maybe we could have paid for this in advance and gone straight there, that would have been easier. We ended up being very lucky and parking on a nearby street overnight then moving car to carpark in the morning. It was lucky though as it is a city centre and street parking pretty full.

Exceptional staff, very professional and so helpful. Went above and beyond to help. Dani was a credit to the hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and large. Hotel communal areas really nice and decorated for christmas. Parking in garage nearby about 2 minutes away was excellent and in a safe locked garage. Hotel is well placed about 5 minute walk from shops and sights.

Breakfast a bit expensive at 16 euros each.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We purposly booked this hotel due to the rooftop pool. This area was lovely - only a smallish pool but very clean. Very comfortable sunloungers with plenty of umberellas. The guy on the bar was lovely. A really nice place to relax inbetween sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of hot and cold food and our favourite bit was the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning

We had booked a double and a twin as a family - the hotel were aware of the children. we expected for the children to be in one room and myself and my husband to have the other. However they were adamant that as the kids were both under 18 they each had to be in with a parent. We had paid for this better hotel as it was my husbands 50th so we were a little disapointed that the rules hadnt been pointed out before we arrived
