Adequate facilities in a very clean, spacious and well maintained hotel, even the corridors were gleaming and well lit with a wonderful shoe cleaning machine on our landing close to the lift! There was a straight forward check in procedure and all staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating of any language issues too. From higher elevations and seemingly even numbered rooms, there were wider views across the city. There was a parking garage below.

There was a problem with the safety deposit box not functioning in Room 916 however when the problem was reported and couldn’t be fixed, straight away our room was changed to 315. Ironically this deposit box had a fault too. The staff were very attentive and because the maintenance guy was unavailable, 2 ladies from Reception offered to help and then serviced it successfully. We could not fault their attention. The view from room 315 was to the back of the hotel and restricted by other high rise buildings but we were out most of the time so this was not an issue for a 2 night stay.

Staff were extremely helpful and very approachable and spoke perfect English, consistent air conditioning through out the hotel including the room which was very clean and comfortable. Hotel only 15 minute walk/5 minute taxi from city center. Definitely would stay here again if I return to Murcia.

No balcony in the room but the window opened all the way which made it feel like a balcony. Although the rooms are equipped with smart TVs they are unable to connect to the hotel's internet which meant we could not use the TVs apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

Large comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Swimming pool was great to cool down during the hot afternoons.

If you want to go to plazas for tapas or dinner you need to take a taxi - too far to walk to center of town. 14 Euros for a breakfast is excessive. More coffee and sugar sachets can be provided in the room without having to ask. No milk or milk powder provided. Very impersonal lounge/bar area - definitely not inviting for an evening drink.

Friendly, helpful staff, questions answered very well. Lovely people in general. Rooms were soundproofed well and blackout curtains were great. We found the 20 minute walk to the city centre/old town great. We never felt unsafe or threatened. Lovely break.

The pool is smaller than you'd think on the advertising. This is a really small quibble, though, as it was very clean and great fun.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, I had a room with a terrace which was superb. I enjoyed the swimming pool area and also the front desk staff were very helpful. All in all a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to return in the future. Patricia and Diego were accommodating on my check in and extremely helpful in reception.

It would have been an extra bonus to have the restaurant open a little earlier in the evening. I believe it was 8 pm onwards, perhaps I am now too used to UK eating times!

Large room, comfy bed, plenty of hot water. 15 min walk to city centre. Hotel bar was pretty reasonable compared to other places we have stayed at

Not a dislike but if you need anything for room ie. Coffee pods it was quite a drawn out process to get them. You don’t get any milk for tea/ coffee but supermarket next door and rooms have a fridge. Hot food at breakfast at 9.30 was stone cold

The hotel is friendly and well appointed and convenient for walking into the centre of Murcia

The room was extremely cold and we could identify a thermostat to increase the temperature. We came back to the hotel at around midnight with other friends staying at the hotel. We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a drink at the bar before going to our rooms.

This hotel was amazing! The staff is really nice and helpful. We booked a room with terrace. What can I say? A dream - massive terrace, the room was big and the bed very comfortable. Very clean and complementary water daily. 5£ taxi to city centre where all the restaurants are

Everything was perfect

It is a standard chain hotel, soulless but comfortable and efficient. Very good breakfast. Tapa y Bravas across the road does excellent food.

The safe in my room didn't work and the kettle lid would not close so it kept boiling. But there was a kettle! It was a 20 minute walk into the centre, through residential blocks.

Some of the staff where great. For example, the cleaners and the bar staff, especially Ileana and the young boy - Amed?

Some of the staff at breakfast. They are coming to clear your table while you are still eating. It's not polite. Also, the language barrier. Some staff should learn English, at least at conversational level.
