The hotel was within easy walking distance of all amenities. The welcome was lovely and warm from reception and maintenance staff alike. The room was clean, quiet, and comfort was maintained by an effective A/C unit.

One very small issue about information. On arrival we we given a paper with the rules re dogs. It contained the line, 'It is totally forbidden to leave pets alone in the room.' It also says dogs are forbidden in the buffet or any other food and beverage designated area. So we took our dog down for breakfast with the intention of keeping her away from the buffet and service area. We were told curtly, "No dogs allowed. " As residents of France, we found this to be disappointing.We were told she should be left in our room. The information on the sheet should, therefore, be amended to reflect acceptable practice and thus avoid embarrassment.

Suite with chairs made the room very comfortable to relax in when not out exploring. The room and bathroom were large and modern. Location was perfect only a short walk to all places of interest, shops and restaurants..Staff were exceptionally helpful. Private hotel parking round the corner was handy and at 13 euros a day cheaper. 10 euro breakfast if booked the night before was value for money.

Although we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or corridor the waste bin lorry was noisy the first night. It is possible to hear people outside but this only happened for about ten minutes the first night.

The location was perfect, very close to cheapest garage in Murcia. Staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with very good tips where to eat and which restaurants/bars to visit. room was standard size, nothing fancy. Very clean, towels can be better, looked old but clean.

The Wi-fi was not working during our entire stay. We reported to front desk but no improvement whatsoever. I guess that depends in which room you are, but it shouldn't be like that. That resulted in spending money on my internet plan which raised price of the room.

We like the location, very close from the center and different stores and restaurants. We had a clean room with all the necessities we needed. The staff in the reception was kind at check in.

You can hear your room neigthboors, I dont know if the people speak too laught and put TV in high volumen, but you can hear perfect what they watch and what they talk. Also at 1:00 AM always the garbage truck pass infront of the hotel making a lot of noise jajaja, it is not a fault from the hotel off couse, but you can hear it. However, We liked and recomend this hotel, we really like it.

Perfect location for visiting the city. You can park right outside to drop off / unload. Parking publico is 5 mins away the hotel will provide a discount on the rate (€22 for 24 hours). The car park is fine, no scary narrow ramps to hit your car! Only thing to mention in the bathroom - the shower tray was more slippery than the Cresta-run, be very careful. Breakfast was very pleasant with a big choice of options. Would certainly use this hotel again, very pleased.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Especially the young lady and gentleman who were working on Sunday 20th October. They helped me with a few mishaps. (haha) The rooms were spotless and clean. The hotel is 2 mins from the old town, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. It is a great hotel to stay if you want to see Murcia. We've been to Murcia a few times and there are lots of good hotels but this is one we're we would stay again. We even got cheap parking for 9 euros a night. We paid 35 a night in Madrid. Perfect place.

Very nice hotel in a fabulous location for the old town, few minutes away from the Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, Teatro Romeo etc. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Tea and coffee facility in the bedroom.

They do not have their own car park it is the Glorieta car park they have a deal with. It's fine, only a few minutes walk but drop your luggage off - park in front of the hotel first to get details. Cost 22 euros for 24 hours. I requested a double bed but we were given 2 singles, room was quite small.

If you want a hotel in the very center that has a parking this is your place. Excellent value for money. Though rooms are small. Ask for upgrade if you feel a room with no view is not for you. We liked the breakfast that was varied and abundant.

All bathrooms share the same ventilation area. So while in the bathroom you may end up listening to your neighbors if they are loud. The garage next door could be a challenge but staff is very kind to give you options and explain this. You can walk some 500m and park in a city space that is much more spacious.

Big, modern, shiny and clean. Reception is big and shiny and friendly with some seating. Downstairs is the breakfast room and various other rooms; gym, tele room. My bedroom is big and bright and clean. Huge bed with nice clean bedding. Window, desk and chair, fridge and safe. Tele. Air conditioning. Very clean and quiet. Shower. Bright. Bidet & toilet. Good towels and toiletries. Soft close toilet! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Outside is the street very near the cathedral. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet and friendly. Complimentary water. Allowed me to leave my rucksack until my bus. Good staff.

No restaurant. No USB sockets. That’s it! All good.

The room layout for a family room wasn’t ideal. We had booked for four (two adults/ two children) and one of the single child beds was just along the base of the double bed, very squeezed in. Wasn’t ideal for our 11 yr old. But it didn’t affect our trip which was amazing!
